Survivor Cambodia: Second Chance merged the two tribes and concluded its Season 31 seventh episode with the new Orkun tribe snuffing Kass McQuillen's torch Wednesday night on CBS.

Kass, who previously competed on Survivor: Cagayan, became the seventh castaway voted out of the game. Her newly-merged Orkun tribe ousted her via a 6-4-2-1 vote instead of Ciera Eastin, Tasha Fox and Andrew Savage respectively at Tribal Council on Night 19 of the game.

"This time, I came in and I wanted to build relationships and work on my social game, and I think I had a good change for the 18 days. I wasn't on the radar for anything but I tried to bring out 'Chaos Kass' and really threw a bomb on my game, and I just got caught, so it's on me," Kass said in her final words.

Survivor's broadcast began at Ta Keo's camp on Day 17 with Andrew admitting to the cameras his tribe was full of incredible, professional liars because they had concocted a plan he wasn't involved in. Savage questioned his ability to read people well and said he felt most betrayed by Kass because she decided to become a Ta Keo member instead of sticking with former Bayons.

Savage continued to let off some steam, calling Kass' alliance "pieces of sh-t" and throwing out a "f-ck them." In a last-ditch effort, Savage pitched to his tribe they should take him to the merge and use him down the road. He had no problem acting like a wimpy, under-the-radar player -- which he claimed is the antithesis of him -- to save himself.

Spencer Bledsoe asked Andrew to shake his hand and promise he'd never write his name down again. Spencer therefore made peace with Savage and came to the realization he had to rely on Kass going forward.

Over at Bayon's camp, the castaways learned they'd be merging that day with Ta Keo. It surprised everyone because with 13 people still left in the game, the merge came very early this season.

Tasha said in a confessional she'd be getting back with her former Brains tribe from Cagayan -- Kass and Spencer -- at the merge, which was a nerve-racking thought considering she had both good and bad history with them.

Meanwhile, Ciera was worried about the merge because Andrew was disappointed with and mad at their tribe. Andrew called the merge "beautiful" because he couldn't wait to get back with his "Bayon brothers."

Once the two tribes merged, Joe Anglim noted things were about to change and it was going to be a whole new game. There needed to be an alliance of seven to gain the majority.

While enjoying their feast, Kass announced to the tribe she had saved Spencer in getting rid of Yung "Woo" Hwang. When everyone was finishing up their food, Savage approached Jeremy Collins about sticking together and he was onboard.

Savage therefore went back to his original home of Bayon and told Jeremy there could be six players going after them. Jeremy explained they'd have Stephen Fishbach, Kimmi Kappenberg, Kelly Wiglesworth, and Tasha on their side. Jeremy said they just needed one more person and hopefully that player could be Joe.

Kass talked to Kelley Wentworth about having Abi-Maria Gomes, Ciera Eastin and Keith Nale on their side and hopefully adding Spencer and Joe.

It then became clear Spencer and Joe were in the middle of the two alliances and they would be serving as the swing votes. Wentworth noted she had made a Final 5 deal in old Ta Keo and believed Spencer and Joe were the Wild Cards and power players going forward. Wentworth acknowledged it was going to be important to talk to those two guys.

On Day 18 in the new Orkun tribe, Savage also recognized he needed to reconnect with Joe and verify how strong their bond was because they needed him to have the numbers.

Savage pushed the Bayons idea and explained it would be the two of them with Jeremy, Tasha, Kimmi, Stephen and Wiglesworth. Savage insisted they could make it to Day 30 and Joe felt he could trust him, however, Joe wanted to keep his options open since he also had an alliance with Wentworth and old Ta Keo.

Meanwhile, Spencer was overwhelmed. Wentworth talked to him about the potential alliance but he wasn't sure about joining forces with Joe and Keith since he hadn't really talked to them. Wentworth assured Spencer that Keith was 100% with them and they just had to stop Joe from "bro'ing out" with Jeremy and Savage.

Spencer entertained the idea of swinging with Joe and making moves with him down the road. He told Joe they needed to have each other's backs.

Kass felt she had developed the most connections and could therefore pull the numbers against Savage's group. Tasha knew Kass was working with Ta Keo, so she admitted to Kass she was tight with Jeremy but not with Fishbach in order to seem less "Bayon strong." Tasha suggested to Kass that Bayon was no more but only in attempt to throw Kass off.

Tasha wasn't going to allow Kass to ruin her game again, and it became clear to Kass that Tasha didn't trust her and certainly didn't care to work with her. Kass confessed Tasha had unleashed "Chaos Kass," the beast, because she was still so hung up on Cagayan.

On Day 19, Tasha said right to Kass' face she didn't trust her. Kass literally drew a line in the sand to signify how they were in opposite alliances. Kass then announced to the entire tribe that Tasha claimed there was "no more Bayon." Tasha denied having said that, and then Kass called Tasha a liar.

Kass threw out the idea to her tribe of voting for Tasha. Ciera decided to play up the drama by planting seeds to break up old Bayon. Ciera insisted out loud that Woo and Savage had conspired to target Jeremy and Joe, but Savage furiously denied the statement, saying he had never mentioned either guy's name. Ciera claimed she wasn't lying.

Savage told the cameras there was a "two-headed dragon" wreaking havoc in the tribe -- meaning Kass and Ciera -- and one of their heads needed to be chopped off immediately.

The Orkun tribe then met Survivor host Jeff Probst for the season's first Individual Immunity Challenge.

Each castaway was required to stand on a narrow beam while balancing a ball on a platform. At regular 10-minute intervals, the players had to move their feet down to a more narrow beam and then place their hands farther down the pole, making it more difficult to balance. If a castaway fell off the beam or dropped their ball, they'd be out of the challenge.

Probst revealed this challenge was a repeat from Survivor Cagayan, which Tasha ended up winning. As a result, it was a second chance for Spencer and Kass to seek redemption.

The castaways were eliminated from the competition in the following order: Stephen, Keith, Ciera, Kimmi, Abi, Kass, Wiglesworth, Wentworth -- and then after 20 minutes elapsed -- Savage fell followed by Tasha, Jeremy, and then Spencer.

In the end, Joe won Individual Immunity.

Once the tribe returned to camp, Kass told Abi that she had never lied to anyone. But Savage feared how believable Kass and Ciera's lies truly were, making them very dangerous in the game. Savage wanted Ciera gone because he'd never forget what she did to him.

However, Fishbach said Kass was worse than Ciera, but Savage pointed out they were feeding off one another. Savage desperately wanted Kass gone, and even Joe agreed that Kass was "ruthless and haphazard."

Spencer told Jeremy they should get rid of someone who could cause problems, and Jeremy read between the lines of what Spencer was saying -- Kass. Spencer was conflicted about which way to go but admitted it was clear where the numbers were going and he had to stay part of the majority. Spencer didn't really feel he had a choice in the matter.

Spencer said he'd like to save Kass since she had put her neck out for him at the previous Tribal Council, but he didn't think it was possible. Jeremy then told his alliance Kass might have a hidden Immunity Idol so they should split the vote between Kass and Ciera. The alliance determined five people would vote for Kass and four castaways would vote for Ciera.

Savage took glee in the fact neither of them would suspect it. Tasha agreed that was the ideal way to handle the situation, and Keith was also fine with Kass leaving because she caused so much bickering in the tribe due to her antics.

However, Kass wasn't about to be blindsided. She acknowledged Keith was probably going to side with Tasha and Tasha's group had the majority. Kass figured they'd be splitting the vote though, so she told Ciera, Wentworth and Abi that all they needed was five votes to get out Tasha. As a result, Kass worked on Spencer and tried to get him to vote with her.

Ciera also thought there was a definite chance she'd be going home because of the blowout fight she had with Savage.

Spencer knew the vote was going to come down to Kass, Tasha and Ciera. Spencer always saw Tasha as a friend, but Ciera and Kass had his back and saved him at the prior Tribal. Regardless, Spencer's luck had turned and he was excited to finally be in a position where he can change and influence the game.

At Tribal Council that night, Probst pointed out it was the biggest tribe ever to come out of the merge. The twist made things even more chaotic and difficult for the Second Chance players.

Kass declared in front of everyone she wasn't playing "the chaos game" but Tasha was even though she was claiming to be a calm player. Kass accused Tasha of being at the center of all the drama and even causing it. Tasha was enraged and barked that "only Kass operates in chaos." Ciera stood up for Kass, saying she wasn't lying, but Tasha fought it all the way.

Joe then explained Ciera, Kass and Tasha were the easiest vote considering they were entangled in a mess and the rest of the castaways were afraid to pick permanent sides so early on. Joe said no one really wanted to "jump over the fence" just yet.

Ciera was annoying with that idea, yelling at everyone to play the game to win. She thought people were scared to make big moves, and then Spencer countered with the argument that "playing the game" means different things to different people. Spencer also pointed out that what happened that night wouldn't necessarily affect how the game plays out going forward.

Stephen explained this line of thinking could change the way Survivor is played forever. The castaways were more concerned about putting together blocks in order to vote people out along the way than they were with being a part of binding alliances.

Probst then read the votes. Six castaways voted for Kass, four people voted for Ciera, two players voted for Tasha, and one individual voted for Savage.

Kass was therefore voted out of Survivor and became the first member of the jury. Ciera said, "Sorry," on Kass' way out.

The episode's closing credits later showed that Keith, Tasha, Wentworth, Savage, Fishbach and Kimmi voted for Kass. The people who voted for Ciera were Wiglesworth, Jeremy, Joe and Spencer. The two players who voted for Tasha were Kass and Abi. Lastly, Ciera voted for Savage.
