Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt aren't even engaged anymore, but once The Hills couple does decide to walk down the aisle they plan on having it be televised live.

"I'm telling you live -- it's going to be bigger than American Idol," said Pratt during a Monday appearance on Ryan Seacrest's KIIS-FM radio show.  "I'm going to have Seacrest host it, 'We're live at the Heidi and Spencer wedding!'"

Montag and Pratt presumably have a long way to go before viewers get to see them exchange vows.

The couple initially got engaged last May, however they couldn't stop bickering with each other -- with most of their arguments centered around planning for their wedding -- as Pratt constantly pestered her about wanting to elope or get hitched overseas while Montag wanted a more traditional wedding.

Montag subsequently moved out of her apartment with Pratt and traveled to her home state of Colorado to be with her family.  She also appeared at The Hills live third-season after-party broadcast in December without her engagement ring.  Shortly thereafter she announced they were "going back to being boyfriend and girlfriend."

Montag has since turned the engagement ring into a pendant and said she expects Pratt to give her a new one once he re-pops the question.

Should Montag and Pratt have their nuptials televised, they'd be joining The Bachelorette first-season lovebirds Trista Rehn and Ryan Sutter on ABC's December 2003 Trista & Ryan's Wedding special and Survivor: All-Stars couple Rob Mariano and Amber Brkich on CBS' May 2005 Rob and Amber Get Married special.  However neither of those aired live.

As for what Montag thinks about having her wedding ceremony televised live, she told Seacrest "maybe."
