Former "Newlyweds" star Nick Lachey hit Toronto to perform at the MuchMusic Video Awards, adding behind-the-scenes dates with Entertainment Tonight correspondent Vanessa Minnillo.

After the singer rehearsed, Minnillo "was beaming," says a source. "She shouted, 'I loved it!' He then gave her a bearhug," Us weekly reported Wednesday.

The two later headed to club Mink, after 3 a.m., and the pair reportedly retired to the SoHo Metropolitan Hotel.

The next day, they went to the Courthouse Chamber Lounge, where, a source says, "they were fully making out. Clearly they were both having a good time."
