During a one-on-one conversation with Michelle in Week 2 of the process, Rick told the Bachelorette that -- despite what one bachelor had alleged -- none of the men in the house, whom he had become friends with by that point, had been questioning Michelle's character due to her supposed pre-show relationship with Joe Coleman.

Rick said the rat in the group must have been trying to win Michelle's trust by throwing the other men under the bus.

Michelle spilled the beans that Jamie Skaar had told her differently, which resulted in Michelle realizing Jamie had lied to and manipulated her.

Michelle therefore sent Jamie packing, and she seemed very appreciative of Rick's inside information and care for her well-being.

Rick received a rose at The Bachelorette's third Rose Ceremony of the season, and the smitten bachelor is hoping to receive more time with Michelle and ultimately win her heart.

Until viewers are able to watch Michelle and Rick's romance blossom on the show, let's learn a little bit more about this sweet suitor right now.

Below is a list of 5 facts Reality TV World has compiled about Rick Leach.

Rick Leach works as a Senior Sales Representative

Rick works full-time for Bioventus. He began his job in April 2021 and has only held his position, based in Los Angeles, CA, for eight months.

Rick says he loves working in the healthcare industry and enjoys being able to provide value to his clients and their patients. He finds his job "rewarding" and says he's a quick learner who does everything with a purpose.

Prior to landing his new gig, Rick was a sales representative for Bioventus from October 2018-April 2021, and before that, he was an associate sales representative for the company from January 2018 to October of that year.

Rick previously worked for Poplar Healthcare -- as a territory manager in Chicago, IL, and before that, a sales representative in Memphis, TN -- for almost two years starting 2015.

He began his career at Advanced Health and Wellness Center in Wadsworth, OH, for nine months beginning in 2013.

The Bachelorette suitor is a self-proclaimed hopeless romantic

Rick says he has been thinking about his future wife for as long as he can remember.

Rick finds romanticism in the small things in life and is the type of guy who will send a woman flowers at work out of the blue, just to say "I love you."

He wears his heart on his sleeve because Rick says that when he's into a lady, he wants her to know it and doesn't want to play games.

Rick, however, loves a good game night!

Rick may not be into playing games with women, but he does enjoy a good game night with a partner.

Rick says he can tell a lot about someone's personality when competition is involved.

However, it appears he'd rather play one-on-one because he is not a fan of double dates.

The Bachelorette bachelor attended two colleges

Rick attended Walsh University, DeVille School of Business and received his Bachelor of Arts in Marketing in 2013.

From there, Rick went to Loyola Marymount University and earned his Master of Business Administration MBA in 2021.

Out of college, Rick began working at VanDevere Chevrolet before taking a career turn.

Rick was inspired by a popular movie

Rick admits the movie Hitch -- which stars actor Will Smith portraying a smooth but soft-hearted dating coach -- taught him everything he needs to know about life.

He says he wants to find his heart's true counterpart and someone who can make the world a better place alongside him.

Rick's future partner will also have to get along with his beloved dog, Nana!
