The women dished about their regrets, mistakes and steamiest moments during a recent episode of the "Bachelor Happy Hour" podcast.

When asked if they regretted giving any man in particular a rose, Rachel admitted, "I have one that keeps me up at night."

Rachel confirmed it was someone in her Final 4: Aven Jones, Tino Franco, Tyler Norris, and Zach Shallcross.

"I think people would think it's Tino, [but it's not]," Rachel confirmed.

"Is it Zach?" Charity, who had competed on Zach's The Bachelor season, asked.

"I don't know!" Rachel said, trying to dodge the question.

Rachel continued, "It's not for the reason that people think. I think I regret giving a rose because I wish I could've protected this person more and not put them through what they went through."

Based on Tyler's innocent, nice-guy edit on The Bachelorette, most fans would probably assume Rachel was talking about him.

Charity went on to share, "The obvious [pick] is Brayden Bowers. I should've snatched the rose back. And I think [Aaron Bryant] a little bit. When I went back [to him], I thought that was such a big mistake."

Charity -- who eliminated Aaron after hometowns -- was referring to how Aaron had flown to Fiji, where she was filming Fantasy Suites, begging for one more chance.

Charity recalled how she had indigestion and "couldn't stop burping" when Aaron crashed her Fantasy Suite Week.

"I couldn't even tell you how I felt. So that, maybe, I regret keeping him for a few more hours," Charity confessed with a laugh.

Charity then revealed the man whom she thinks she had sent home too early.

"He did not get enough screen time... He is literally the definition of a Good Samaritan, truly, a disciple. It's [Josh Young]! He went home, I think, in Week 2," Charity shared, adding how Josh is "mixed race" and a true "angel" in this world.

When Rachel looked Josh up online, she was stunned to discover that he had graduated from Harvard University -- and that Charity chose to let him go.

Charity agreed and also acknowledged that Josh and her fiance, Dotun Olubeko, are good friends to this day.

"He is the one person [I tell Dotun], 'Keep him in your corner forever,'" Charity revealed.

"He is also good friends with my brother... This man does no wrong. And the things this man advocates for, he, like, worked for public housing."

Charity pointed out that Josh is "too good" to appear on Bachelor in Paradise, and so Rachel quipped, "I'll slide in [his DMs]."

Rachel, for her part, revealed how she regretted sending Jordan Vandergriff home during their first one-on-one date.

"Our one-on-one was so different from the one-on-one I had [on Clayton Echard's] The Bachelor [season]. I just felt like it wasn't flowing the same," Rachel recalled.

"So I was like, 'Obviously there's nothing there.' But I think he was just nervous. I didn't know what to do. Looking back, I feel bad I didn't let him have that experience."

Rachel later dumped Jordan V. -- again -- when they briefly reunited on Bachelor in Paradise's ninth season in 2023.

"He literally probably hates me," Rachel quipped. "I ruined The Bachelorette and Paradise for this poor man. He's an angel. So justice for Jordan V.!"

Charity and Rachel went on to describe their most memorable and juicy The Bachelorette kiss.

Rachel told Charity that she was "not sure about" Aven Jones until they kissed.

"And then I was like, 'Oh, yeah! Absolutely," Rachel gushed.

"He is so quiet! He was so reserved, and I had no idea how he was feeling. And then I remember there was a moment, but it took so long for it to happen."

Charity shared how her most memorable kiss was with Dotun in the hot tub at Skamania Lodge in Stevenson, WA.

"I'm going to keep it so 100 with everybody on this podcast right now... I was like, 'Let me stay here.' It was truly giving The Notebook or a little Love and Basketball edition, let's combine the two," Charity said.

Charity joked about how she was "not getting out of that hot tub" for anyone.

"It was the most sensational kiss of my life. That's when I knew [Dotun was The One]," Charity gushed.

"I literally asked [producers], 'Can he spend the night?' I was about to do a Kaitlyn Bristowe."

Charity was referring to how Kaitlyn had invited Nick Viall back to her hotel room in Ireland and the pair had sex before Fantasy Suite Week even commenced on The Bachelorette's eleventh season.

"I was trying so hard. I asked! Because my room, specifically, when we were at Skamania, it had a little daybed in my room," Charity shared.

"It was just so [perfect]. Granted, he probably wasn't going to fit on it, but it was just so romantic and vibey. I was like, 'He needs to come! Can we just take him back for a few more minutes, like 30 more minutes to keep kissing?'"

But Charity pointed out how "obviously" that "didn't happen."

Rachel said she was "shocked" producers didn't allow her to do that, considering it probably would've made great TV.

"I am too! But hey!" Charity said. "I said, 'Listen, the cameras can come for all I care! I don't care!'"

While Charity was so present during that date with Dotun, she admitted she was totally "distracted" on her high-energy and hilarious Barbie group date.

"I was so not present in my mind [because] of having too much champagne and, you know, fluids. I literally could not finish a conversation. It was specifically with [John Buresh]," Charity confessed.

She added, "He went on, spilling his heart about something, and I was about to throw up on his leg."

Charity said she was desperate for a producer to "tap in" and she ended up asking John to get her a ginger ale, which he thought was an odd request at the time.

"I was belligerent from the group date," she said. "I could not have a conversation, truly."

Rachel laughed about how she and Charity were very similar The Bachelorette stars.

Rachel noted, however, how her season was more chaotic and challenging given she had to share men with Gabby and get dumped by several of them.

"Guys were going up to Gabby saying, 'I want to date Rachel because I don't like this, this and this about you.' They were saying what they didn't like about us and why they wanted to date the other," Rachel lamented.

Rachel called her joint season with Gabby "unmanageable," saying the franchise will probably never have two leads again.

Charity, whose heart went out to Rachel, proceeded to share her biggest The Bachelorette regret.

Charity recalled the moment in which Xavier Bonner admitted to her before their Fantasy Suite that he had cheated in his last relationship.

Charity explained that she was "trying to hear him out" to receive clarity but it was "way too much."

"I was giving him an opportunity to really explain [what happened], but then it got to that point where I was like, 'Okay, I see where this is going.' Then I had to unfortunately pull back how much grace I was giving [him], and that was really hard to watch," Charity admitted.

Charity said it was also "hard to watch" that scene with Dotun when the show was airing on ABC.

"[Dotun] was like, 'Aww, Charity, you're just a nice person.' And I'm like, 'I know, I am,'" Charity noted.

"I had sympathy in my heart, but also at the same time, I was like, 'This is crazy because I've been asking you for details all season and at no point did you think to be transparent and upfront. You saved it until [the end], which was frustrating for me.'"

Charity added how Xavier's late-in-the-game confession "shook" her -- especially considering she had just met his family -- and she gave him "too much" time and energy.

"He said, 'I don't want this,' and I said, 'Great, me either. Bye!'" Charity concluded.

Charity ended up getting to engaged to Dotun on her The Bachelorette finale and they're currently planning their wedding.

Following her The Bachelorette stint, Rachel -- who broke up with Tino Franco weeks after getting engaged -- looked for love on Bachelor in Paradise's ninth season in 2023.

Rachel also appeared on Perfect Match's third season, but she is still single and searching for The One.
