Lehmkuhl -- who is openly gay and had a much-publicized relationship with former N Sync singer Lance Bass that came to and end in January -- will play the role of Trevor, a business-school graduate who arrives in the fictitious Dante's Cove looking to find himself but instead becomes involved with the  men and "enigmatic forces" crawling all over the island. He'll forge a close bond with Grace, played by Tracy Scoggins, a witch who draws Trevor into a "magical world and a dark battle" he never envisioned.

"We couldn't be more thrilled to have a talent like Reichen on board," said Meredith Kadlec, vice president of original programming for here!.  "He is the perfect triple threat for Dante's Cove - he has a loyal fan base, he is proudly out, and he is simply gorgeous."

Dante's Cove premiered in the fall of 2005, and it follows a cast consisting of mostly gay and lesbian characters who all live together at the Hotel Dante in Dante's Cove.  However unexplainable things are afoot as "a dark, supernatural force" is inadvertently released from the basement of the hotel, which creates all sorts of drama and mayhem in the quiet beach-side community.

here! is a digital cable and satellite network that launched in 2002 with programming that targets lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender audiences.
