Heidi Montag claims she recently underwent 10 plastic-surgery procedures in one day in an effort to become "the best me" she could be.

"For the past three years, I've thought about what to have done. I'm beyond obsessed," said Montag in a People cover story interview in the magazine's January 25 issue, CNN reported.

The 23-year-old The Hills star underwent the procedures -- which included a nose job revision, a mini brow lift, bigger breast implants and buttock augmentation -- on November 20, according to People.

Montag originally received a rhinoplasty and underwent breast augmentation surgery in April 2007 and subsequently stated the procedures were worth dying for.

At the time, she also said feeling "very insecure" about her body led to her decision to undergo the procedures, and she said that was also part of the reason behind her newer surgeries.

"I was made fun of when I was younger, and so I had insecurities, especially after I moved to L.A.," Montag told People. "People said I had a 'Jay Leno chin;' they'd circle it on blogs and say nasty things."

In addition, Montag's debut album -- appropriately titled "Superficial" -- was released earlier this week, and she said that the pressure of being a pop star also influenced her decision to once again go under the knife.

"I'm competing against the Britney Spearses of the world -- and when she was in her prime, it was her sex appeal that sold," Montag told People. "Obviously, looks matter; it's a superficial industry."

Montag -- who appeared on the cover of Playboy's September issue -- told People she's already planning more plastic-surgery procedures, including increasing her breast cup size from the current DDD, according to CNN.
