TLC will apparently have to change the name of its 19 Kids and Counting reality series for a third time.

"We really are excited. We are expecting our twentieth child. Yes! Yes!" 19 Kids and Counting matriarch Michelle Duggar said during a Tuesday interview on NBC's Today show.

"We are due in April and we're just thrilled."

The announcement, which Duggar made alongside husband Jim Bob Duggar and their 19 children and two grandchildren, comes nearly two years after the Duggars' nineteenth child Josie Brooklyn was born prematurely in December 2009.

"This is the farthest apart we've gone -- typically 16 to 18 months apart -- and so, we were really kind of thinking it might be our last, and that was kind of sad. We were enjoying the grandbabies, they are precious. And so, we are just so grateful to God -- so excited," Duggar explained, adding that she and Jim Bob don't have a limit as to how many children they would want to have.

"We always have the motto in our house, 'There's always room for one more,' and they are such a gift. We are so grateful for each one of them... We will wait and see. We would love how many the Lord sees fit to give us, and so at this point, we are excited about this one coming."
