Tareq Salahi reportedly plans to sue Celebrity Rehab and claims he will expose the show as fraudulent for its decision to allegedly illegally release his wife and former The Real Housewives of D.C. star Michaele Salahi due to a "health condition."

Tareq intends to initiate legal action over his wife's unspecified "health condition," as he and his lawyers have issued a statement which suggests his wife -- who has recently claimed she has had multiple sclerosis for years -- "was fired due to her health condition which is a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act," TMZ reported.

Michaele was reportedly kicked off Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew on Tuesday because she seemingly lacked any signs of a real addiction, although Tareq previously noted his wife had an addiction to "chocolate."

"Michaele Salahi was discharged by Dr. Drew Pinsky approximately one hour ago. Michaele has a ton of issues but she clearly has no addiction issues, whatsoever," a source told RadarOnline.

"Michaele was a distraction to other cast members, and was complaining that Dr. Drew wasn't properly treating her multiple sclerosis. Dr. Drew did a thorough medical examination of her, including a full neurological check-up, and she is fine. Michaele is all drama, that is her main issue."

However, Tareq said his wife's sole purpose for joining the show was to seek help from Dr. Drew for her alleged multiple sclerosis -- which she and Tareq now cite as the explanation for they left a 2009 White House state dinner they insist they were invited to despite not having their names on the guest list -- and now plans to expose Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew's falsity on national television.

"She was really leaning on Dr. Drew who is a respected doctor to get her through some of the issues after the White House, when she went to Congress, when she went into relapse with her multiple sclerosis. She takes this very seriously," Tareq told RadarOnline.

"[Michaele] has a real diagnosis of multiple sclerosis. You know, we can show you a bunch of emails about what they wanted her to pretend to be, therefore, but that's going to come out later on with one of the major networks. See the first episode of busting some of these reality shows open on ABC News' 20/20. There will be a special on Friday and maybe more to come after that."

In addition, Michaele is not the only person Tareq is close to who has had involvement with Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew. Tareq's former roommate Michael Lohan -- who allowed Tareq to stay in his West Hollywood apartment while Michaele was filming Celebrity Rehab in the Los Angeles area -- has also checked into Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew, RadarOnline reported.

However, Lohan reportedly eventually flipped out on Tareq claiming he owed him rent, as according to a source, Tareq told him he'd pay $2,500 to stay in his apartment for three weeks but did not pay on time.

According to RadarOnline, Lohan then left the Pasadena Recovery Center and successfully evicted Tareq with Celebrity Rehab's cameras rolling.
