MasterChef judge Graham Elliot and wife Allie have welcomed a new baby boy into their family.

Allie gave birth to Jedediah Lindsay Bowles, who weighed nine pounds and two ounces, on Saturday, People reported.

"Allie's dad's name is Jed and my dad's middle name is Lindsay," explained Elliot of his son's name.

"The names Jed and [Lindsay] don't get used often, and they're part of our family history, so why not embrace that?"

Jedediah joins two older brothers, 23-month-old Conrad and five-year-old Mylo.

"They're super excited for a new baby and can't wait to play with him," added the chef.
