Season 9 MAFS couple Elizabeth and Jamie participated via videochat from their new home in Santa Barbara, CA, and the two other couples from Season 11 gathered together in New Orleans, LA, to film the show.

In the process of making predictions and sizing up Married at First Sight's Season 12 couples -- who will face Decision Day on next week's episode airing on Lifetime -- the six cast members took a trip down memory lane and discussed their own experiences during filming.

"I have a question for y'all. If you could think back to Decision Day, how confident were you that your spouse was going to say 'yes' [to staying married]? Like on a scale of zero percent to 100 percent?" Amani asked.

"I was like 80 percent sure that [Karen] was going to say 'yes,'" Miles replied.

"I was like 50/50," Karen said, admitting that she thought Miles was considering a divorce.

Woody also shared, "Until I [saw] Amani and saw her facial expression, I was at 50/50. But seeing her, I was at 100."

But Amani pointed out to her husband, "We had talked about saying 'yes' on Decision Day! Like what?!"

"We knew we were committed!" Amani argued. "So I 100 percent knew he was saying 'yes.' He didn't know I was saying 'yes,' apparently."

"I was a solid 10 going into Decision Day due to the fact that [Jamie] didn't even want to spend [pre]-Decision Day night away from me," Elizabeth announced.

The fact Jamie didn't want to leave his wife the night before Decision Day -- when Married at First Sight's experts demanded each couple sleeps apart -- clearly told Elizabeth all that Elizabeth needed to know about the fate of her marriage.

And Jamie also said he was certain that Elizabeth wanted to continue their marriage after the show.

"I was like 100 percent because I just knew we had a lot despite our differences and things that we were working out. We weren't ready to give up on it!" Jamie explained.

Elizabeth responded, "We are so crazy!"

"It takes one to know one, right?" Jamie playfully asked his wife.

When recalling the night before Decision Day, many cast members confessed they were feeling anxious.

"I slept like a baby before Decision Day, but when I woke up, that's when the nerves came in. But beforehand, I was good! Miles said.

Woody agreed he had "slept like an angel" the night before his big decision and felt fine.

"I was nervous," Elizabeth disagreed.

"I didn't know what the experts were going to do and whether they were going to question us, I don't know. I was just like, 'I don't know what they're about to pull on me!' So, yeah, I was really nervous."

Elizabeth said she took a sigh of relief after Decision Day because she felt like she and Jamie could finally start their life together, adding, "I was so excited and I am so happy I made my decision the way I did."

And Karen gushed, "Decision Day was me choosing. Wedding day was someone else chose for you. So that felt better to be like, 'I'm choosing Miles on Decision Day.'"

All three couples appear to still be happily married. In the Lifetime special, Elizabeth and Jamie announced they're going to start trying for a baby by the end of this year, and Miles and Karen revealed they have moved into a new home.

Married at First Sight's currently-airing twelfth season stars Erik Lake and Virginia Coombs, Haley Harris and Jacob Harder, Ryan Oubre and Clara Berghaus, Briana Myles and Vincent Morales, and Paige Banks and Chris Williams.

Paige and Chris chose to end their marriage and pursue a divorce shortly before their one-month anniversary, but based on a preview for the upcoming episode, fans may be in for a big surprise on "Decision Day."
