Married at First Sight star Katina Goode has revealed that she never needed her husband Olajuwon Dickerson to say that she's enough because she knows that she's enough.

Katina and Olajuwon, both 29, were immediately attracted to each other upon marrying at first sight and enjoyed their honeymoon in Puerto Rico, but once the couple moved into a Boston apartment together, Katina immediately felt pressure to cook several meals a day for her husband and live up to his high "standards" of how an ideal wife should behave and contribute.

Olajuwon proceeded to question, "Is she enough woman for me -- as a wife?... I need to see where you are as a woman... If you're not going to cook, what are you going to do? Are you going to clean?"

He also told MAFS expert, Dr. Viviana Coles, during a counseling session, "The cooking and the food, that's what I need in my wife... When it comes to our marriage and caring for the other person, the effort isn't there."

However, Katina subsequently planned a thoughtful movie night for her husband and showed that she was trying to listen and be vulnerable, and the couple's relationship quickly strengthened, with Olajuwon even rating their marriage an eight on a scale from 1-10.

During the March 16 episode of Married at First Sight: Afterparty, host Keshia Knight Pulliam asked Katina if Olajuwon made her feel like she's enough once they talked things out.

"I definitely feel like our relationship is a work in progress. I don't need him to make me feel like I'm enough because I know that I am," Katina said with pride.

Keshia agreed and added, "No one can determine your value unless you give them that power."

Katina, however, admitted that those scenes have been tough to watch back because she feels bad for herself in those moments.

"I know who I am as a woman. I know I'm a solid woman, and I feel like I deserved that type of judgment, especially from my husband," Katina said.

It appeared Katina and Olajuwon were falling in love one month into the extreme experiment, but Olajuwon then dropped a bombshell on his wife during a nice dinner out with three other Married at First Sight couples.

"If we're going to be honest, it's something I noticed today on my way here that bothers me," Olajuwon announced, without disclosing Katina's alleged mistake or wrongdoing.

"It makes me question, 'Is this marriage somewhat real?' I would've brought it to you, [Katina], before, because I saw it on my way here. I've been holding it in."

Katina complained, "But you brought it to everybody now without addressing it with me in private."

Katina revealed on Afterparty that she felt "confused" and "betrayed" by Olajuwon's public disclosure.

Once Katina and Olajuwon returned to their Boston apartment, Olajuwon finally revealed his issue. He apparently saw a dating app on Katina's phone, which she insisted was "old."

Katina told the cameras that she "literally forgot it was even there," but Olajuwon was very angry and said Katina would probably feel terrible if she found a similar app on his phone.

"The fact that it's still there on your phone and you still keep it there, it's spit in my face," Olajuwon complained. "Because that sh-t is the first thing I deleted [when I got married at first sight]. All I hear are excuses."

Olajuwon thought it was "f-cked up" and yelled at his wife, "You are married!"

Katina said if she had found a dating app on Olajuwon's phone, she would have brought it to his attention and demanded an explanation -- without taking things to "the level" Olajuwon was on.

As Olajuwon raised his voice and said he'd never keep something that would allow Katina to question his character, she rolled her eyes, and then Olajuwon shut down the discussion.

Katina then ripped off her microphone and announced how filming was done for the night, before she threatened producers that they were "about to see the real Katina."

Olajuwon was left questioning the future of his marriage, saying it was "common sense" for his wife to have deleted all dating apps before getting married.

"I don't like to use the word 'divorce,' but if you're asking the experts to find your love, then got off the apps. That doesn't make sense. If you want to be out there looking for yourself then you don't need to be on Married at First Sight," Olajuwon concluded.

Once the cameras went away, Katina recalled on Afterparty, "We definitely weren't in a good place. I know I tried to extend an apology after, like immediately after, but he wasn't at the point where he was ready to be receptive."

Married at First Sight currently airs on Wednesday nights at 8PM ET/PT on Lifetime and also stars Jasmina Outar and Michael Morency, Lindsey Georgoulis and Mark Maher, and Noi Phommasak and Steve Moy.

The season's fifth couple, Alyssa Ellman and Chris Collette, divorced after only one week of marriage.
