Married at First Sight star Katina Goode has revealed who "the real Katina" is, referring to her meltdown after Olajuwon scolded her for having an old dating app on her phone.

Katina and Olajuwon, both 29, were matched by Married at First Sight experts Dr. Pepper Schwartz, Dr. Viviana Coles and Pastor Calvin Roberson to wed on Season 14 of the Lifetime reality series.

Despite a few bumps in the road, such as Olajuwon's antiquated view of marriage, Katina and her husband appeared to be falling in love one month into the extreme experiment.

Everything seemed to be going great for the couple until Olajuwon suddenly dropped a bombshell on Katina that he was upset at her about something and questioning whether their marriage was real -- without sharing the actual details of what was bothering him -- while out to dinner with three other Season 14 Married at First Sight couples.

During a March 16 appearance on Married at First Sight: Afterparty, Katina watched back a Season 14 clip of Olajuwon confronting Katina about a dating app on her phone once they returned to their Boston apartment after dinner.

"I don't have a [dating app] profile. This is old," Katina explains of the app, which had allegedly been on her phone for a couple of years.

She therefore tells the cameras, "I literally forgot that it was even there."

But Olajuwon loses his cool and yells in the clip, "I deleted every single f-cking thing that makes you question who I am as a person! You can roll your eyes, that's all I need to tell you!"

"I'm rolling my eyes because you're yelling at me!" Katina shouts in reply.

"Okay, then we don't need to talk. We don't need to talk," Olajuwon snaps at his wife before walking away from her.

Afterparty host Keshia Knight Pulliam asked Katina, "So who is the real Katina?"

"Well, y'all seen it on the catamaran boat!" Katina shared, referring to how she had fought with Lindsey Georgoulis on the boat and really stood up for herself and her husband.

Katina even told Lindsey at the time to keep her distance because she didn't like being around her.

When asked what it was like to watch back that clip with Olajuwon, Katina admitted, "It's hard to watch."

"I feel like it was such a small thing. All of this didn't even need to happen. It could've been avoided and we could've just had a civil conversation," Katina explained.

"But it got bigger because of the way that it was approached to me."

Married at First Sight star Jasmina Outar joined Katina on Afterparty and applauded her friend for remaining calm and collected at that dinner party.

"I always commend her for keeping her composure for everything," Jasmina said, "and just having so much patience."

"Because once I hear someone starting to yell," she continued, "I'm like, 'Alright, yeah, you done and did it now!"

Once the cameras went away, Katina recalled, "We definitely weren't in a good place. I know I tried to extend an apology after, like immediately after, but he wasn't at the point where he was ready to be receptive."

Katina said that's all she could really do in the moment, suggesting she had to wait it out before working things out with Olajuwon.

When Katina and Olajuwon were having their explosive fight at the apartment, Olajuwon insisted any reason for that dating app being on Katina's phone was just an excuse.

Olajuwon said Katina would probably feel terrible if she found a similar app on his phone.

"The fact that it's still there on your phone and you still keep it there, it's spit in my face," Olajuwon complained. "Because that sh-t is the first thing I deleted [when I got married at first sight]. All I hear are excuses."

Olajuwon thought it was "f-cked up" and yelled at his wife, "You are married!"

Katina said if she had found a dating app on Olajuwon's phone, she would have brought it to his attention and demanded an explanation -- without taking things to "the level" Olajuwon was on.

Olajuwon reminded Katina how he had to put his trust and faith into a woman he barely knew, and as the situation escalated, Katina rolled her eyes, which made Olajuwon even more furious.

Katina shouted at Olajuwon for not listening to her, and Olajuwon was left questioning Katina's character, saying it was "common sense" for his wife to have deleted all dating apps before getting married.

"I don't like to use the word 'divorce,' but if you're asking the experts to find your love, then got off the apps. That doesn't make sense. If you want to be out there looking for yourself then you don't need to be on Married at First Sight," Olajuwon concluded on last week's episode.

Married at First Sight currently airs on Wednesday nights at 8PM ET/PT on Lifetime and also stars Jasmina and her husband Michael Morency, Lindsey Georgoulis and Mark Maher, and Noi Phommasak and Steve Moy.
