Married at First Sight star Brandon Reid has revealed he and wife Taylor Dunklin hadn't even discussed consummating their marriage by the time Brandon had decorated their honeymoon suite with rose petals.

On the February 5 episode of Married at First Sight: Unfiltered, Brandon watched back a clip of himself sharing a hot bath with Taylor after decorating the couple's Panama hotel room with rose petals and candles.

Brandon, who also had a bottle of champagne on ice for the couple, said he was trying to show Taylor how much he appreciated her.

Unfiltered host Jamie Otis asked Brandon for elaboration on what inspired him to do that for his wife.

"Well, we had a bump in the road, and we were able to get past it, and I wanted her to know that I am committed to this and I was sorry," Brandon explained, referencing how he ignored Taylor for nearly a full day after she woke him up one morning with a camera in his face.

"I wanted to do something special for her, [showing] she could look forward to things like this once we'd get back stateside."

Jamie pointed out it seemed Brandon and Taylor were getting "a lot more comfortable" around each other at this point.

"Have you guys talked about intimacy at all?" Jamie asked. "Have you consummated your marriage?"

"No," Brandon replied. "No, we haven't."

Jamie asked if the couple had gotten to second base, which is making out, and Brandon joked he hadn't used based to describe physically intimacy since he was in high school.

"We're at that [making out] base," Brandon said with a laugh.

When asked whether he and Taylor have reached third base, Brandon replied, "No... No third base."

Jamie pushed to find out whether Brandon anticipated third base would happen during his honeymoon in Panama, and Brandon replied, "I am hopeful."

Fellow Season 10 Married at First Sight grooms Zach Justice and Michael Watson joined Brandon on the Unfiltered broadcast, and Zach was asked to share how far he made it with wife Mindy Shiben during their honeymoon.

"I think at one point we did kiss," Zach shared.

"You guys made it to second base then?" Jamie asked.

"Why is that now second base? [I thought kissing] was first base," Zach noted.

"Oh so first base is just a kiss -- like a peck kiss," Jamie said.

"Yeah," Zach replied, "like it wasn't anything serious. Baby steps! Baby bases or whatever you want to call them."

Because Michael and his wife Meka Jones were barely speaking for the first couple days of their honeymoon and even slept in separate hotel rooms after a fight, Jamie joked that she didn't even need to ask Michael how far he and Meka went.

"Yeah, no," Michael said with a smile, shaking his head. "We're not there."

Brandon and Taylor continued to bond during their honeymoon in Panama and appeared to have a blast together after their one fight, however, the trip ended in flames.

At the end of the honeymoon, Brandon made it known he was totally fed up with having cameras follow him around.

During the latest episode of Married at First Sight's tenth season, Brandon told a crew member, "You're trying to play me," before putting his hand over a camera lens.

Taylor called her husband "abrasive" and "rude" to the show's production team, and she didn't like what she was seeing.

Taylor recalled telling Brandon, "The difficult person that you're being on camera is not somebody I really want to be married to. I like being married to the sweet, kind Brandon."

Taylor's words apparently set Brandon off, and all he paid attention to was the "I don't want to be married" part of her statement.

"He takes that and runs with it," Taylor explained. "He responds like, 'Oh, you don't want to be married to me!' He takes off his ring, he throws it and says, 'We don't have to be in this marriage,' and he leaves."

Taylor therefore packed all of their bags and mentioned how Brandon had left his wedding ring and passport behind in the room.

"Brandon was having a full-blown meltdown," Taylor told the cameras.

Brandon was then shown yelling and swearing in the van outside of the hotel that also held the four other Married at First Sight couples.

"I ain't got time for this sh-t," Brandon said, before Taylor could be heard saying, "I tried."

Brandon then told his wife, "No, you didn't try to do sh-t... You know what, f-ck you, Taylor. F-ck you!"

"Calm down," Taylor requested.

"I'm gonna calm down when I'm in Washington," Brandon replied. "F-ck y'all."

Married at First Sight's tenth season, which currently airs on Wednesday nights on Lifetime, also stars Katie Conrad and Derek Sherman as well as Jessica Studer and Austin Hurd
