Married at First Sight star AJ Vollmoeller admittedly gets "a little mushy" when he discusses his relationship with wife Stephanie Sersen.

"It's a feeling I haven't felt in a very, very long time -- a feeling that honestly I had forgotten what it felt like. Since I've been in love, it's been like six or seven years," AJ said during a Tuesday night appearance on Married at First Sight: Unfiltered.
"And I hadn't even dated in that time, so it wasn't even like I was on that path or had feelings or 'heavy like' for somebody. I completely forgot what that feeling was like, and it's just the most amazing thing ever."
While AJ hasn't actually said "I love you" to Stephanie yet on the show, he admitted he's "definitely walking down that path."
"Am I over the top of the mountain yet? No. I have some guards up, but at the same time, I have more guards down than I do up because I have confidence she's not going to -- in two or three or six months, or whatever it is -- decide she has a fear of commitment," AJ insisted.
Married at First Sight: Unfiltered host Jamie Otis then asked AJ what's stopping him from diving head first into love.
"There's nothing holding me back. We're taking it day by day, and saying, 'I love you,' is something that comes out naturally. You can't plan for it," AJ explained.
"Everything is accelerated in this process, but you can't accelerate the heart. You can't accelerate falling in love."

AJ's Married at First Sight co-star Keith Dewar also made an appearance on Unfiltered, and he admitted to Jamie he could also see himself falling in love with his wife, Kristine Killingsworth, in the near future.
"Yeah, I do [see myself getting there]! It could happen. I can't say the word 'love' yet, but I'll get there eventually," Keith promised.

AJ trusted Married at First Sight's experts and wed Stephanie without ever laying eyes on her or even knowing her first name.
However, the pair connected instantly, had mutual attraction, and quickly found out their big personalities meshed brilliantly together. Not only do they both love adventure and travel, but they have the same goals in life.
