"Fans are calling out Jenna Dewan for being inappropriate with Val last night," the blogger, who posts as @stephwithdadeets, said in the video.
Steve, 50, responded in the comments, pointing out what he saw as contradictory reactions to the couple's dynamic.
"They don't have chemistry. They have too much chemistry. They have chemistry in the wrong places. Make up your minds. Y'all really got too much time on your hands," the actor wrote.
Steve also addressed whether he and Val's wife, fellow DWTS pro Jenna Johnson, were bothered by the dance.
"The spouses are unbothered," Steve wrote, before adding, "Stay hatin'."
Steve also called out the blogger for mispronouncing Dewan's last name, asking them to show "some respect" when discussing his "queen's name."
Steve continued, "At least pronounce her name correctly when you try to slander her."
Dancing with the Stars judge Carrie Ann Inaba also defended Dewan and Val in a comment on the post, writing that physical contact is a natural part of dancing and asking viewers not to make it into something it is not.
"Dancers are physical beings. This is like the way we say hello," she wrote. "Don't try to turn it into something it is not. Have some respect for both Jenna and Val and their partners please."
Dewan and Steve have been together since 2018 and got engaged in 2020. They share two children, son Callum and daughter Rhiannon.

Steve has been cheering Dewan on throughout her DWTS run.
In a September 30 Instagram post, he praised the work she had put into the competition up to that point. He gushed about how he was "in awe" of her and felt "honored" to be by her side through the grueling competition.
"The hours, the bruises, the blisters, the exhaustion, the nerves, the constant push to get better. She has given herself completely to this experience, and somehow, through all of it, she is joy," Steve wrote of his fiancee at the time.
After acknowledging that Jenna's progress on the show was "amazing to witness," he continued, "I've also watched her take on all the noise that comes with putting yourself out there like this."
Steve pointed out how "opinions, the chatter, and the criticism" feel almost "inescapable in this age of the almighty algorithm."
"And what has impressed me most is that she keeps showing up with an open heart," he shared.
"She listens, she works, she keeps learning, and she refuses to let any of it steal the joy she has found in doing this."
Dewan thanked her man in the comments and mentioned how he had touched her heart, to which Val wrote, "This."
