Married at First Sight featured Clare accusing Brennan of going on dates and wanting to double date with Cameron, Emily lashing out at Brennan for being "stupid," and Becca claiming Austin was completely different on and off camera during the Season 17 episode that aired Wednesday night on Lifetime.

Orion and Lauren already chose to divorce, but they continue to appear on the season every now and then.

Married at First Sight features strangers meeting at the wedding altar, enjoying a honeymoon, and spending about two months moving in together and navigating the joys and struggles of daily life together.

And at the end of the experiment, Married at First Sight's Season 17 couples will reach "Decision Day" and have to decide whether to remain married or decide to end their marriages and divorce.

The couples were matched by Married at First Sight experts Dr. Pia, Pastor Calvin Roberson, and Dr. Pepper Schwartz.

The Married at First Sight broadcast began six days until Decision Day, with Clare and Emily meeting up for a chat about their distant husbands.

Clare shared with Emily how her marriage was lonely but she had taken the time to explore herself more, and she added how she was probably going to get emotional on Decision Day.

"He was like, 'I know that you're going to get emotional. I just want you to know that's not going to change the way you feel about our decision, because we've already made our decision," Clare confirmed, hinting that the pair was going to agree to a divorce.

Clare said she was sad that her marriage was going to end that way, but Emily insisted everything happens for a reason. Clare explained how she had gone from a wife, to being separated, to just being a friend -- and Emily could totally relate.

Emily shared how she and Brennan were having good days, which she thought was setting them up for success. Emily said she really wanted Brennan to stay in his life, but she wasn't sure how he was feeling.

The next day, Becca and Austin went to a pottery class, but Becca wasn't sure if Austin even liked her.

"He has said he likes me, but it's a matter of showing it," Becca said in a Married at First Sight confessional.

"I think when we're on-camera, he does a really good job of showing it, and then when we're off-camera, it's just not as much. Honestly, at this point, I don't think I really know who Austin is."

Becca expressed to Austin how they didn't have deep conversations off-camera and so she wasn't sure if he really liked her. Austin insisted that he liked her and wanted to make things better for them -- but she'd have to trust his words.

Becca suggested that actions speak louder than words, but Austin reiterated how he liked her in a romantic way, even though he wasn't the best at expressing himself. Austin thought they were building trust, but Becca admitted that she thought Austin was "combative" during disagreements.

Austin clearly didn't like hearing that, and he mentioned how Becca had said she'd dated "pushovers" in the past and so it seemed like she wanted him to be that and not think for himself.

Becca said she just wanted Austin to think of "us" and not be passive, but then she wondered, "Maybe I am asking for too much."

Becca started to cry and question herself, and she didn't know what to say or how to respond to Austin's claim. Becca said she didn't want to dismiss Austin's wants or needs, and he tried to comfort her as she got upset.

Becca, feeling cold, grabbed Austin's jacket to put on because it was fleece lined, but he joked, "Sure, get mine dirty -- full of clay! It's fine. You can use it. I'd just appreciate it if you wash your hands before."

Becca, in turn, complained, "I would be lying if I said that wasn't hurtful... I'm sitting her shaking and if you wanted my coat right now, or anything of mine, I would give you whatever you needed no matter how messy it would get."

Becca explained how she wished Austin would show one gesture that he cared about her and truly wanted to be with her.

"It makes me look like sh-t just to ask to wash your hands before putting on the jacket," Austin vented to his wife.

"I'm sorry. I didn't mean to make you look like that," Becca replied.

On Day 14 of Michael and Chloe's marriage, the pair sat down with Dr. Pia, who could tell that the couple was still presenting their best selves to each other.

Chloe explained how there was "an intensity" in their relationship when it came to communication and their dynamic felt easy, and Michael agreed there was an active effort to put their best foot forward.

Michael said he wanted to empower his wife, which has made it easier for himself to be vulnerable.

In terms of sexual intimacy, Chloe shared how she wanted to build a strong emotional connection before having sex but she and Michael did a lot of kissing, touching, and cuddling.

"Things are rapidly moving forward," Chloe revealed to the expert.

Michael added, "We have been making sure to explore each other," before apartment-camera footage appeared to show the couple putting their hand in each other's pants.

Chloe also shared that she slept naked and the pair happened to be very comfortable around each other. Dr. Pia then suggested that the spouses should masturbate next to each other and use some sex toys in the bedroom.

Michael acknowledged how buying sex toys was going to be a new experience for him, and Chloe joked about guiding her husband and being his tour guide.

Meanwhile, Emily and Brennan were shown going out to a romantic dinner together. Emily expressed how she had seen a new wonderful side of Brennan while she was recovering from her accident, but Brennan pointed out how expectations were too high after the accident.

Brennan apparently wanted to maintain a friendship status with Emily, but she had thought he wanted more.

"Maybe you thought that in your head, but it wasn't communicated," Emily told her husband.

Brennan thought his actions had spoken loudly, but he admitted that he should've told Emily sooner. Emily said she's not a mind reader and it would've been nice to know how Brennan was feeling.

Emily said she wanted direct answers from the very beginning of their marriage and so this was a big deal to her. But Brennan insisted that he was still trying all along.

"I don't feel that way... I just feel like after the honeymoon, a guard went up. I never felt like [I was] given a fair chance," Emily complained.

As Emily spoke her mind, Brennan grew frustrated and angry because he didn't feel like any of his efforts were being acknowledged.

"Most girls probably would not have stuck it out," Emily insisted. "I wouldn't have stayed if I didn't think more growth was to be had. I didn't think it would take hitting a tree. Why? Why?... If anyone had decided to be out, I think it should've been me."

Brennan claimed that he stayed in the marriage because he was putting Emily's needs and interests before his own, and she agreed with that. But then Brennan pointed out that had he left earlier, Emily wouldn't have gotten into the ATV accident and almost died.

"Was it worth it?" Brennan questioned, suggesting that it wasn't.

Once Emily and Brennan's food was put on the table, Brennan asked if he could have a few minutes to eat it in peace. Emily, however, wanted to talk more, and so Brennan appeared pissed and kept shaking his head.

Emily declared how she had given their marriage her "all," and then Brennan dropped a bombshell that he had seen "red flags" in Emily early on in their relationship.

"We spent 24/7 [together]. I am very confident that I saw every side of you that I could," Brennan told his wife. "And I saw a few red flags here or there... The romantic aspect wasn't there, and the negativity from you is a huge thing. That's one of my dealbreakers; [I wanted] a positive person."

"I am the most f-cking positive person there is!" Emily argued, breaking down into tears.

"Saying, 'I hate that,' and, 'I hate this.' And then you took the opportunity when it was Michael and Chloe's vows, which were beautiful, you just destroyed them," Brennan claimed.

Footage then flashed back to Emily calling Michael and Chloe's vows "vanilla," but she didn't believe she had "destroyed" their words.

Brennan told Emily that her negativity was too much for him, and she just couldn't handle that. Emily considered herself to be the most positive person ever, and so she called Brennan's revelation "groundbreaking."

Emily insisted through tears there was "no negativity" in their marriage from her end, but Brennan clearly disagreed and muttered to his wife, "Okay," with a hint of skepticism and sarcasm in his voice.

Emily ran to the restaurant's bathroom and cried on the floor. Emily thought that was the worst thing Brennan could ever say, and even a producer confessed to Emily that she was "shocked" and would never describe Emily in that light.

Once Emily returned to the table, she expressed to Brennan how he clearly didn't know her at all and his comment about her being negative was extremely hurtful. Brennan clarified how Emily was more positive after the accident, but she was definitely crushed.

Emily claimed Brennan had messed with her mind and made her upset, which probably resulted in him thinking she's negative, but Emily argued everyone would describe her as positive -- with positivity being one of her top qualities.

"You never gave me the chance to fix something that clearly bothers you so much, even as a friend. How the f-ck am I supposed to know that means as much as it does to you?" Emily asked her husband.

Brennan kept sighing and taking deep breaths, and Emily was very angry. Emily said she felt more hurt than ever before, and Brennan just nodded his head.

Meanwhile, Becca and Austin's relationship was also imploding. The couple was shown talking via apartment camera footage, and Austin complained about Becca painting him "in a bad light" on the show.

Becca complained, "You're more worried about the optics than about how I'm feeling about the situation."

"It's unfair to characterize me as this terrible person," Austin said.

Becca argued that she always expressed how Austin is a great person, but Austin said he didn't appreciate her calling him "combative" and "dismissive." Austin said he'd never been called those things before and Becca's word choice mattered.

"That's what millions of people are going to see about me," Austin lamented, adding how he cared about Becca and ALSO how he looked on-camera.

Becca claimed it was never her intention to make Austin look bad and that she was just trying to explain to the experts and viewers at home what their dynamic was like behind the scenes. Becca then excused herself from the conversation and retreated to the bedroom alone.

With four days to go until Decision Day, Brennan decided to leave their shared apartment and go back to his house. Emily was fed up and tired.

On Day 15 of Michael and Chloe's marriage, the couple went to a "kink" store and had a blast looking at -- and joking about -- certain toys and items. Michael made Chloe laugh until she cried, and the trip definitely bonded them and brought them a little bit closer to being ready to consummate their marriage.

"I would say my natural tendency in bed is probably more vanilla, to be honest, but I am more than happy to partake in freaky activity. I made need some help to inspire that, so anything she'd like to play around with... I'm all for it," Michael told the Married at First Sight cameras.

It appeared that Michael and Chloe had bought a "vibrating masturbator."

Meanwhile, Clare and Emily met up for a talk, and Clare started to cry.

"I don't think Brennan is giving you the same respect that you give to him, and I didn't want to tell you this, but at the same time, I have to be realistic about what's going on and let you know what's happening," Clare told her pal.

"I've heard through the grapevine that he had wanted to go on a double date with Cameron and that he's going on dates. He's not a good guy, and I'm just upset that you even thought for a second that he had your best interest -- because he doesn't."

Emily appeared crushed and had an emotional meltdown. Emily said she had wanted to see the best in Brennan but he just didn't respect her and it was a very, very sad situation.

Clare told Emily that she deserved to be loved, seen and not diminished and dismissed.

Clare claimed Brennan just wasn't ready for a commitment and was unable to see how amazing Emily is.

"This is going to end the way that it needs to end," Emily firmly noted.

With three days to go until Decision Day, Emily FaceTimed with Brennan and unloaded on him.

Emily shared how she had heard Brennan was trying to go on a double date with Cameron, and Emily said it was a "stupid" move since he cared so much about trying to protect his image and reputation.

"I don't understand why you would do something so dumb," Emily said.

"That's not true. I don't even know what you're talking about. Me and Cam joke about sh-t all the time," Brennan alleged.

"It definitely wasn't a joke if he felt the need to call Clare and say how f-cked up it was," Emily countered.

"That's bullsh-t... I said jokingly, 'Oh, let's go on a double date, Cam,'" Brennan said.

Emily said she wished Brennan would just take accountability for once in their relationship, and Brennan accused her of essentially wanting to roast him and drag his name through the mud on TV.

Brennan said Emily's negativity caused "there to be no chance" of their marriage succeeding and working out. Brennan therefore said he wasn't going to take blame for that.

"I've been loyal to you this whole time," Brennan insisted.

"No, you have not," Emily said. "You have tried to come out of this whole thing unscathed, and by doing so, you've been so f-cking stupid and you discredited me thinking I'm going to be your little puppet and stay positive the entire time when you've been doing sh-t."

Emily said she had repeatedly looked for the best in Brennan and given him the benefit of the doubt.

"I am f-cking done... You were [acting single]. We're very much married and it's been two months," Emily snapped.

"If that's how you feel after I saved your f-cking life then..." Brennan replied. "It's unfathomable to me that you can talk like this."

"You are manipulative and you have no accountability or awareness," Emily said. "If you think in any f-cking world that this is going to come on me, you are wrong."

Emily said Brennan didn't save her life and anyone would've acted the same way had they been in his shoes.

Brennan concluded that he was going to return to the apartment to pack his stuff, and he said, "I'll see you on Decision Day. Peace."

Chloe, Emily, Clare and Becca then gathered together to voice their frustrations and bond over their pain.

Becca claimed that Brennan made Emily deleted Diary Cams if they didn't reflect well upon him or meet his narrative for their marriage. Emily said she wanted to tell her own story, and the women agreed with her.

The women also thought it was ridiculous that Brennan thought saving Emily's life reflected how he had treated her through the entire process. The women didn't think Brennan had treated Emily well for the most part, and Becca also got to explain her issues with Austin.

"We all had rose-colored glasses on, and mine might have been on longer," Emily quipped. "But you, [Becca], never should've felt insecure... and I second guessed myself. That's not what a healthy relationship is."

Becca said she just wanted to be told that she's pretty every now and then, and Clare advised everyone to do what's best for themselves on Decision Day.

Becca, however, confessed that she loved Austin and could have so much fun with him. Becca said Austin had good intentions in a tough and emotionally-exhausting process and that they had both given it their all.

With two days to go until Decision Day, both Becca and Austin met up with friends. Austin believed Becca had been harsh to him on-camera, and Becca reiterated how Austin seemed to care more about how he was portrayed on the show vs. how his words and actions were affecting her.

Austin noted how it was hard to see through the bad and focus on the good at this point, and Becca's friend told her that she should feel wanted, cherished and desired.

Neither Austin or Becca wanted to hurt the other person, but they had apparently reached their limit with all of the conflict and lack of intimacy.

Brennan was then shown grabbing his stuff and moving out, and Emily said she didn't want to talk to him at all. He wished her the best on his way out, and it was clear they were going to get divorced.

"I never wanted it to end this way. I never thought he'd do the things he did and lie about it," Emily vented to the Married at First Sight cameras. "I don't need more words to be said at this point. This is the end of Brennan and Emily."

And one day before Decision Day, Austin had also left his shared apartment with Becca, who was trying to sort through her emotions and deal with her heartbreak.

Becca said Austin was very concerned about how he was going to look on the show, which made her question the reality of their relationship. She wondered if Austin had been "acting" the entire time to make the optics look good.

Becca said she still loved and had a crush on Austin but she didn't think he'd be so dismissive and combative with the person he's meant to be with forever.

At the end of the episode, Brennan said he wouldn't have done this experiment with anybody else -- but then he confessed that wasn't true at all. And Emily was feeling uneasy about reuniting with Brennan on Decision Day.

"I'm going to say everything that I need to say... even if it's hurtful to him," Emily told the Married at First Sight cameras, adding how she wasn't going to leave the show with any regrets.

And on Day 18 of Michael and Chloe's marriage, the spouses were shown putting one of their new sex toys to work in bed and being very excited about trying something new together.
