Married at First Sight's Pastor Calvin Roberson has revealed why the experts chose to match Keith Dewar and Kristine Killingsworth for one of four marriages on Season 8 of the Lifetime reality series.

Keith and Kristine clearly have chemistry and get along great on Married at First Sight, but Keith has voiced his expectations of wanting a wife who's always in the kitchen -- a gender role Kristine tends to push back on except when she wants to show her husband she cares.
Keith admitted on Unfiltered he believes in a marriage with traditional gender roles, meaning "the man works, puts food on the table, provides shelter, he carries the bags, he opens the door -- you know, regular stuff."
But Keith, a patient care technician, apparently wasn't able to get his way with Kristine, a successful real estate agent.
"My wife is the breadwinner, and so she's like, 'I don't care if you work 15 hours, you're still going to come home and cook for me.' So it's just like, ugh," Keith revealed.
When asked to reveal his ideal situation for marriage with Kristine, Keith joked, "I don't know. You've got to ask my wife about that."
"I don't want nothing to do with that [question]," Keith said with a laugh, as Pastor Cal applauded him for allowing his wife to wear the pants and take the reins in their relationship.
But then Jamie asked Keith again to explain how things would be different if he had his way with everything at home.

"Well, I mean, as it sits now, I go to work and I go to school, so I would just want to come home to a meal, cuddle with my wife, watch some TV, and then get ready to do it again tomorrow," Keith explained on Unfiltered.
But Keith revealed the reality of his situation is that Kristine "makes maybe three times" as much money as he does.

"So that means I have to get in the kitchen and put on an apron," Keith confessed. "And yeah, also vacuum, and we have our time before we go to bed."
Pastor Cal said he was happy to hear Kristine and Keith were working things out and able to compromise.
"One thing we liked about Keith was that he was flexible. Even though he might have these roles [in mind], Keith will roll with it," Pastor Cal said. "He'll go with the flow. And we knew that Kristine, she's very determined."
