The five couples who tied the knot at first sight were Camille and Thomas, Karla and Juan, Madison and Allen, David and Michelle, and Emem and Ikechi.

On "Decision Day," each remaining couple had to decide if they wanted to get a divorce or continue in their marriage.

Everyone decided to get divorced, on or before "Decision Day," except for Camille and Thomas.

Below is what happened on Married at First Sight in the first few weeks after "Decision Day."

MICHELLE AND MADISON FACE OFF

"I said, 'Madison was my friend. I don't think she would do that.' I stuck up for you and now I'm embarrassed that I did that. I was like, 'There's no way she'd do this, not a chance,'" Michelle told Madison.

"And when it came out that it was true, you actually came down to me and said, 'Why would you bring me into this? You should respect me, Michelle. But you didn't respect me, babe!"

Madison replied, "You really want to do this right now, babe? You really do?"

"Don't repeat me, babe," Michelle quipped.

Madison insisted that she wasn't lying about the text message being meant for me because she had never received it.

"But you can act like you gave a f-ck about him?... Why do you care?!" Madison asked Michelle.

"I thought you were my friend, and the fact you lied to me is what hurt me," Michelle explained.

Madison said she never lied to Michelle and that Michelle had said during the process that David wasn't her man and would never be her man.

"You two lied to my face for two months. Is that not hurtful?" Michelle asked.

"I didn't lie to your face about anything," Madison claimed.

Michelle argued Madison had been texting David for a while and lied right to her face, but Madison defended David and said Michelle shouldn't have been mad at him because she never liked him.

"Because he lied to my face! I don't like liars!" Michelle yelled.

Michelle said Madison was trying to act like the victim, but then Madison accused Michelle of trying to change the storyline.

"Why did you f-cking do this?" Madison asked.

"I didn't do sh-t! You did! Are we living in a la la land?! What did I do?!" Michelle shouted.

The cast shut things down because the fighting was getting loud and out of hand, and Madison insisted that she wasn't the bad guy and she had already apologized.

Madison repeatedly asked Michelle why she cared, before insisting that everything she had said to her former friend was real.

David then decided to leave the group gathering because he didn't think it was healthy to keep harping on his past mistakes.

"It wasn't a mistake. Nothing is a mistake," Madison murmured under her breath on her way out.

After Karla voiced how it's important to be real, Madison mocked her and joked, "Where are my devil horns?"

As Michelle started to cry because she felt alone and believed Madison and David were making it seem like their relationship was her fault, Madison kept cackling.

David thanked Madison for standing up for him, and the couple kissed.

"Put me in the ring with Michelle! She won't last two seconds, baby!" Madison boasted.

Three days after "Decision Day," Madison accompanied David to the tattoo parlor, where he covered up his ex-girlfriend's name on his chest with new ink.

Madison told David that Michelle was playing the victim card and if she never had to see Michelle again, she'd be fine with that. David joked that he wanted Madison to use all of that energy on him.

While David was getting tattooed, Madison asked David to reveal the craziest place he ever had sex. Before David could answer, Madison shared how she had sex on a Ferris wheel once.

Madison later talked to her father about "catching feelings" for David and how she felt bad for her estranged husband Allen. Madison's dad gave her advice to pursue this new relationship because "the heart wants what the heart wants" and she can't control that.

KARLA REJECTS JUAN'S REQUEST FOR FRIENDSHIP

Juan and Karla were shown moving out of their shared apartment and saying goodbye to each other.

Juan asked Karla if they were going to stay friends and be cordial post-filming. Juan wanted to be able to grab coffee with Karla, for example.

"I feel like not spending so much time together," Karla replied.

"I didn't come here for a friendship. I came here for a marriage, so I think it's probably best for me to close this chapter."

Juan acted like he was cool with that, but he was clearly hoping for more since the pair had spent two happy months together.

Karla added in a confessional, "I think I want to focus on myself right now, and he should do the same."

Karla said she couldn't wait to love and be loved. Karla explained how her marriage with Juan may have worked out if he hadn't gone into the process with a checklist but she was confident the right "magic wand" would come around eventually.

Karla was later shown bonding with Michelle over drinks, as the women had become good friends through the show.

Karla told Michelle that after her split from Juan, she knew what she was looking for in her next boyfriend and she'd have higher standards and expectations going forward.

When Michelle joked about how they were "divorcees" now and she didn't want to tell guys in the future that she was married, Karla quipped, "My marriage was never consummated, so I was never married... It didn't count!"

Michelle said she was in the same boat because the only time she and David ever kissed -- without tongue -- was on their wedding day.

CAMILLE AND THOMAS MOVE IN TOGETHER

Camille and Thomas had decided that Camille would move into Thomas' apartment, even though he was worried about his place being too small for the both of them.

Thomas was willing to give Camille most of the bedroom closet as well as his parking spot and key fob.

Camille was thrilled that Thomas was making plans for them and leading the way, and she thought his apartment was really cute.

Although this was a temporary solution, probably only a few months, Camille was happy that she and her husband were going to be together.

In attempt to have their own housewarming party, Camille finally put on her lingerie and surprised her husband. Thomas seemed thrilled and suggested that it was well worth the wait.

EMEM GETS ENGAGED TO A FORMER CLASSMATE

Emem had met Brandon, a firefighter and father of two, in the fifth or sixth grade, but they hadn't seen each other since grammar school.

The pair had connected on social media and then Brandon asked her out on a date. Brandon, at the time, was also going through a divorce.

Emem opened up to Brandon about how Ikechi had screamed at her and called her derogatory names during their marriage, and Brandon laughed about how their relationship only lasted a couple of months.

Brandon seemed immediately smitten with Emem on their first lunch date, and he called their meeting "a dream" and said he could see them taking off.

Brandon warned Emem that he tended to fall hard and fast, but she seemed okay with that since she considered him to be a tall, buff and beautiful man.

When Karla and Camille met Brandon, Karla was a little alarmed when Brandon had said that he didn't have any light in his life prior to meeting Emem.

After Emem introduced Brandon to her beloved cousin and the meet and greet went well, Brandon got down on one knee and asked Emem to marry him.

"Yes!" Emem replied. "This is crazy! [But] I am not scared, even a little bit. He made it clear that he wants this forever!"

Emem proceeded to pick her engagement ring out in a store, and she gushed about how she loved Brandon and was going to get married again.

Brandon called Emem "a blessing" and said he wanted to heal all of her wounds, and so he re-proposed marriage with the new ring inside the store.

ALLEN SATISFIES SEXUAL "URGES" AFTER MADISON SPLIT

Allen revealed to Juan that he had gone on a couple of dates but wasn't really ready to find "that person" for him.

Allen said he just wanted to go out on dates and have fun.

"There is a new vibe. I'm been exploring a little bit with some of these urges I've been having," Allen shared, before confirming that these urges were sexual and he was trying new things with women on dating apps.

Allen explained how he had "a sh-tty feeling" throughout the whole Married at First Sight process.

Juan just didn't want to see Allen lose his "nice guy" side that would treat a woman like a queen.

Allen said he wasn't trying to act like a different person with a false bravado, and he confirmed that if the right woman came along, he wouldn't let somebody rare like that go.

MADISON AND DAVID GET INTIMATE

Eight days after "Decision Day," Madison and David went out for ice cream together, and the date was filled with sexual puns.

While eating ice cream, David couldn't stop smiling. He told Madison that he was thinking about the dessert he had that morning.

When Madison playfully asked David what dessert he was talking about, he quipped, "You tell me... It was really good."

When David asked Madison what she thought about her own dessert earlier that day, she said it was "pretty good" and nothing needed to change.

"It was pretty in sync. It ain't no vanilla, that's for sure!" Madison quipped.

"I could get used to that, for sure," David said.

Madison explained to David how taking that next step with him in terms of physical intimacy made their connection "stronger" for her.

Madison noted how moving to that next step definitely enhanced her feelings for David and made them more solidified.

The pair then discussed how they wanted to have good trust and communication going forward, and Madison shared how she didn't like it when men blew up her phone and always asked about her whereabouts.

David was afraid to trigger Madison or do something wrong, and so he asked her to be honest and straightforward with him about her wants and needs.

DAVID AND MADISON SAY "I LOVE YOU" TO EACH OTHER

Two weeks after "Decision Day," David took Madison out to a nice restaurant for her 30th birthday. After dinner, he said they'd grab more drinks together and then stay in a hotel room together.

David surprised Madison with an espresso martini that said in the foam, "You look so damn fine I want to eat U up," referring to the sext intended for Madison that he had accidentally sent to his wife Michelle.

David told Madison that their romance felt "right" and he was excited to create new memories with her that she'd never forget. Madison, in turn, liked how David was "a good-hearted person," and she was optimistic David could be her partner in life.

Madison said she wouldn't take anything back, other than the way things had transpired, because Allen wasn't the man for her.

At the hotel that night, David decorated the room with purple balloons, and Madison said this was the nicest thing a man had ever done for her.

One of the balloons read, "I love you."

And so during the birthday celebration, David told Madison for the first time, "I love you," and she replied, "I love you too."

The pair agreed that everything happened for a reason and they were so happy with each other.

"I feel like I won the lottery," Madison told the cameras.

"We all deserve happiness and I hope that people see the true genuine connection that David and I have is something some people spend their whole lives looking for. I'm ready for this. I want a partner. I want David, and he wants me back so we're doing the damn thing."

THE CAST GETS TOGETHER WEEKS AFTER "DECISION DAY"

The cast gathered together to celebrate Thomas' birthday, and Thomas said he was overjoyed to celebrate with his wife and new friends.

Emem announced to the group how she was engaged and "so happy," and everyone was shocked.

Michelle had some "concerns" because both Emem and Brandon were still divorced, and she didn't know why the pair had to rush things.

Madison noticed that the cast wasn't supporting her relationship with David but she was okay with that.

Madison shared with the group how she had something special with David and he treated her so well, but Allen interrupted her speech and asked people to take shots with him.

Ikechi then showed up and Brandon introduced himself as Emem's new fiance.

"Okay, congratulations," Ikechi said. "Exciting times... I have a date in a little while."

David ultimately apologized to Michelle again, but she thought he was just saving face. Emem also apologized to Ikechi, but he didn't appear to take it to heart since Emem had allegedly spent weeks making him feel small and miserable.

Ikechi laughed about how Emem and Brandon's engagement probably wouldn't last three weeks.

The episode ended with Allen expressing how he had no desire to hash things out or talk things through with Madison, who had been hoping to speak to him one-on-one at some point.

Allen said he felt no ill will toward Madison or David but he "took a hit" during the process and didn't feel a need to meet with her.

"I met one or two girls who really changed my perspective," Allen gushed. "I wanted to be a ho but it's not in me, but the dry spell is over!"
