"It does become scientific," Doug, 35, told Us Weekly. "We don't really schedule [sex], but we know when we're fertile."

Jamie, 32, revealed an app on her phone informs the couple when they should try, and she joked her husband wants to "hack" into it so that every day appears to be a fertile one.

"It's really funny. Sometimes I'll be like, 'Okay, this is the day, peak fertility!' And he'll be like, 'Oh, you're going to have to woo me.' I think that's romantic in and of itself," shared Jamie, who hosts Married at First Sight: Unfiltered on Lifetime and previously appeared on The Bachelor's sixteenth season.

Jamie and Doug tied the knot for Season 1 of Married at First Sight in 2014. They have the longest-running marriage that stemmed from the franchise, as Cortney Hendrix and Jason Carrion just recently announced their divorce.

Jamie and Doug welcomed their daughter, Henley Grace, in August 2017 after a devastating miscarriage in 2015.

And since then, Jamie has reportedly suffered two more losses.

Jamie admitted to Us the process of giving Henley a sibling has been "really, really rough" and they were just recently given permission by doctors to begin trying again.

"We're celebrating five years [of marriage], so we're going to go to a little island and just be secluded and make baby No. 2," Jamie told the magazine.

Last week, Jamie explained to fans on Instagram her struggle with infertility has been like dealing with the five stages of grief every month.

"You deny, bargain, get angry, cry and accept—then you pick yourself back up and do it all over again," Jamie revealed.

"It's been around 2 months since my last miscarriage and I'm on a mission to find out everything I can about my body."

The reunion special for Married at First Sight's eighth season is set to air next Tuesday night on Lifetime.
