Katie and her new husband Brandon Eaves, who began dating in March 2020, tied the knot only six months after announcing their engagement in December on Christmas Eve.

Katie, who starred on Season 10 of Married at First Sight on Lifetime, took to Instagram on Sunday and posted two photos from her wedding day with Brandon.

In the photos, Katie was kissing her groom while sitting on his lap and holding out a cocktail.

"I'll take a cucumber mule & a hot husband please! Thank you to everyone who made our day so perfect and unforgettable, we appreciate you," Katie wrote alongside the images.

Congratulatory messages poured in fans as well as fellow former Married at First Sight brides, including Season 10 star Jessica Studer, who wrote, "Congratulations Katie! You look amazing!"

And Season 9 MAFS star Iris Caldwell commented, "Yesssss CONGRATSSSSSS baby girl so happy for y'all."

Katie then uploaded another wedding picture on Monday, and she tagged The Gray Dove as her location.

"You are everything I've ever wanted and everything I never knew I needed all in one. My husband @brandonzeaves," Katie captioned the picture.

For her big day, Katie donned a mermaid bridal gown featuring lace and long sleeves, and Brandon sported a blue suit.

The Instagram picture showed the newlyweds walking down the aisle together following the garden ceremony.

Katie and Brandon apparently said "I do" in an outdoor ceremony in front of an enormous old tree and underneath an archway of flowers.

Katie subsequently shared on her Instagram Stories how her honeymoon has already begun, without giving away the destination of her trip with Brandon.

Katie had been looking forward to her wedding day for months.

She enjoyed her bridal shower on the patio of Potomac Shores Golf Club with her family and friends in May.

"A late, but special thank you to all the ladies who made my bridal shower so special. I'm so grateful for you all," Katie wrote at the time alongside photos of gold decor and frosted cupcakes.

Katie also said she couldn't wait to become Brandon's wife when celebrating the one-year anniversary of her first date with Brandon on March 14.

"One year ago today I was preparing for a first date with who I soon found out was my forever person," Katie captioned a slideshow of the pair camping.

"Not only was it the best first date I'd ever had but it was the last first date I'll ever have. It's been the most amazing year being your girlfriend and I can't wait for all the amazing years to come as your wife. I love you forever."

Katie apparently selected her wedding dress in January, just one month after she accepted a marriage proposal from Brandon by the water at Old Town Alexandria in Virginia on a rainy day and called herself "the luckiest girl in the world."

And on December 24, 2020, Katie reflected on the previous year and how meeting Brandon had changed her life.

"If you told me at the beginning of 2020 that this was how it would end, I'd never believe you," Katie wrote alongside a slideshow of her embracing Brandon and walking hand-in-hand with him.

"Although this year has definitely not been easy for anyone, for me it's been the best one yet. This year brought me my best friend, my person, the love of my life, and the person I'll continue to choose forever. Life is so unpredictable and so amazing. I can't wait to see what 2021 has in store, but mostly I can't wait to be your wife."

At the time, Brandon, an Air Force officer from Chattanooga, TN, was attending Marine Corps University and living in the Washington, D.C. area.

Katie went Instagram official with Brandon on May 10, 2020 when she posted her first photo with him and his mother in honor of Mother's Day.

Katie met Brandon on the dating app Hinge and their first date was a dinner date at Katie's favorite restaurant.

Katie has clearly moved on from her Married at First Sight experience and marriage to her ex-husband, Derek Sherman.

Katie cheated on Derek with her ex-boyfriend two weeks after "Decision Day" filmed in 2019 and then she and Derek called it quits on their marriage on the one-month anniversary of "Decision Day" when they had taken a vacation to Nashville, TN.

Katie and Derek later discussed the demise of their marriage on Married at First Sight's Season 10 reunion special that aired in April 2020 on Lifetime.

Katie complained Derek was "fake" and her marriage lacked physical intimacy because Derek allegedly never initiated in the bedroom, but Derek vented about how he couldn't trust Katie.

Prior to "Decision Day," Derek and Katie weathered a lot of ups and downs.

Katie spent a lot of the Married at First Sight season complaining about Derek's boy-like personality and "unrealistic" dreams. She admittedly started fights with Derek to get attention from him and test his feelings for her.

Although Derek also made some mistakes in their relationship, he was shown being attentive to Katie and caring about her needs.

Derek never seemed to give up on the potential they had until Katie confessed to sleeping with her ex after "Decision Day" and dumped Derek.

Although Katie admitted to having a physical "slip-up" with her ex after "Decision Day," she completely denied ever having an affair once she and Derek returned to Washington, D.C. from their honeymoon in Panama.

Derek still appears to be single, according to his Instagram account, although he told Married at First Sight alums Jamie Otis and Doug Hehner during a May 2020 episode of the couple's Hot Marriage Cool Parents podcast he was definitely "open to finding love."

Also during the podcast, Derek revealed what he thought Katie's "biggest issue" was in their marriage and when he believed their relationship started going downhill.

In addition, Derek admitted he felt like Katie had no intention of remaining married to him despite proclaiming her desire to do so on "Decision Day."
