The Bachelor runner-up Litia Garr has revealed what may have changed Grant Ellis' mind about picking Juliana Pasquarosa as his winner instead of her.

Litia broke her silence in her first interview since The Bachelor's Season 29 finale, which aired in late March on ABC, during a recent episode of the "Relationsh*t with Kamie Crawford" podcast.

Litia apparently believes Grant and Juliana had sex in the Fantasy Suite and that her personal decision not to be intimate with The Bachelor star "definitely could be" the reason he dumped her.

"Do you feel like not being intimate in that way -- because I'm assuming you kept your word [of taking sex off the table] -- affected his final decision?" Kamie asked Litia when looking back on Fantasy Suite Week in the Dominican Republic.

"Maybe. It could," Litia replied.

Grant's second-place finisher elaborated, "I think you could pick any one piece apart of our connection and be like, 'It's that!' And yeah, I don't know if that's it. It could be. It would be okay with me if that's the reason."

Litia reiterated that while she doesn't know if that's the case, "It definitely could be. Anything is possible."

Kamie, fearful of putting words in Litia's mouth, asked Litia if she had thought about this possibility before.

"Yes. On the flight home, I was like, 'Is it this or is it that? Was it whatever?'" Litia admitted considering Grant had repeatedly told her that he was "in love" with her.

Kamie went on to ask Litia if she found out anything about Grant's Fantasy Suites and what happened behind closed doors.

"Do you know if he was intimate with anyone or were you like, 'I don't care. I don't want to know?'" Kamie asked.

"Yeah, I know. Yeah," Litia quietly muttered while letting out a sigh.

"Through them or through an outside thing?" Kamie questioned.

"Multiple, like, he told people," Litia responded.

"Oh! Oh!" Kamie said, sounding shocked.

"Yeah," Litia confirmed.

"You didn't know though when you guys broke up," Kamie stated, making an assumption.

"No. Oh heavens no!" Litia replied.

"Good," Kamie said with a laugh.

"Like, no," Litia said.

If Grant did sleep with someone during Fantasy Suite Week, it apparently wasn't his third-place finisher Zoe McGrady.

During a March episode of the "Bachelor Happy Hour" podcast, Zoe recalled how she and Grant had a tense conversation behind closed doors that ended up being "the turning point" of their relationship that led to its demise.

"I was like, 'I don't want my man to think that I'm not worthy of romance and, you know, kind gestures and to be his No. 1 pick,'" noted Zoe, who never received a one-on-one date during Grant's The Bachelor season.

Zoe called it "a relationship-altering conversation," and she added, "And then we had [more conversations]."

"And at that point, I was like, 'Oh, I don't think this is my man,'" she admitted. "It was not what I was hoping to get out of the conversation. I don't feel like I was being seen as my full person... And I need someone who loves and wants to accept all of me."

Zoe therefore said she left their Fantasy Suite feeling a little down and deflated.

"That was the first time when I was like, 'I don't think I would say yes if he gave me a rose.' And ultimately, I didn't have to come to that decision," Zoe said.

She went on to insist, "There was nothing life-changing about our night."

Zoe admitted she felt "insecure" through the "entire" The Bachelor process about where she stood with Grant.

"He never gave me the reassurance, like, 'You're The One,' or anything like that. It was kind of the opposite," she told Joe Amabile and Serena Pitt.

Litia shared with Kamie how she and the other The Bachelor 29 women talked about Fantasy Suites before Grant even selected his Final 3 bachelorettes.

"The girls talked about, like, 'What are you going to do... in this scenario?' And, 'When this comes up, what are you going to do?' [Dina Lupancu] and I, both of our families are very religious and so we were like, 'That's going to be a big part of our hometowns and how will that transfer over to Fantasy Suites?'" Litia recalled.

"I think, like, everyone has their own approach about what's best for them and information that they need in order to get engaged to someone. And it's different for everyone."

But for Litia, she said she didn't feel comfortable having sex with Grant when two other bachelorettes were still in the picture.

"I was just like, 'A time will come for that part of our relationship, but at the end of the day, I don't feel comfortable. If it's me, there will be a time for that later.' And if it's not [me], imagine being intimate with someone who's getting engaged to your friend in a week?!" Litia said.

"I wasn't comfortable with that in myself, and so I had to make that decision."

But Litia said Grant had told her that her decision not to have sex with him wouldn't impact their relationship or potential future together.

"He was not surprised when I told him at dinner, and we talked about it in [our] overnight, that it is something that's important and now is not the right time for me and that neither of us had doubts about our physical chemistry," Litia explained.

"Yeah, [it was there]."

When looking back on her unexpected and crushing breakup with Grant, Litia claimed that she actually felt "at peace" before the Final Rose Ceremony in Punta Cana.

Litia said that whether she ended up engaged to Grant or totally alone, she believed that what was about to transpire was "supposed to happen" and she'd be okay.

Grant ultimately proposed marriage to Juliana, and the pair is still happily engaged. Grant also decided to move to Boston after the show to be close to Juliana's big Italian family.

"I love how it ended. I don't love how he went about it," Litia said, referring to how Grant had allegedly lied to her for weeks that she was going to be his The Bachelor winner.

"But I think it's definitely the right choice for us not to be together. I don't think there's any question in anyone's mind now, you know, if we were meant to be together. I feel very confident."

Litia insisted that Grant had "made the right choice, 100 percent" in choosing Juliana to be his future wife.

"And that's not any shade to anyone else. Just for me and my intentions and what's best for me, I know that that relationship wasn't it for me. And so I am pleased," she concluded.
