"I'm still very excited," said Ron G after his ouster was revealed.  "I appreciate the fact that people appreciated my talent.  For me to get this far is truly a blessing."

The three aforementioned finalists were all eliminated based on home viewer votes cast immediately following last Thursday night's broadcast, which included the sixth season's final showdown performances.

"It's been a lot of fun," said Adam after he was given the boot.  "I want to thank everyone who's supported me along the way."

The Top 8 finalists all took the stage at the Paris Las Vegas hotel and casino during last night's penultimate broadcast, with each delivering a stand-up routine.

Marcus won the final immunity challenge during last week's Last Comic Standing broadcast and thus was safe from elimination last night.  He automatically moved into the Top 5.

He was subsequently joined by Jim Tavare, Louis Ramey, Jeff Dye and Iliza Shlesinger.

Last Comic Standing's sixth-season finale will air Thursday, August 7 at 8PM ET/PT, with the winner being revealed based on home viewer votes cast immediately following last night's episode.

The winner will receive the sixth-season grand prize of $250,000, an exclusive talent deal with NBC, a brand new Honda Pilot, and a starring role in Jubilee! at Bally's Las Vegas.

In addition to the winner being revealed, Last Comic Standing's finale will also feature stand-up performances by Jon Lovitz and fifth-season champ Jon Reep; as well as special appearances by Gilbert Gottfried, Penn and Teller, Joel McHale and the sixth-season's Top 12 finalists.
