Lamar Odom has apparently fallen off the wagon again only nine months after experiencing a near-fatal drug overdose in a Nevada brothel.

The former NBA star was spotted with a woman at a Los Angeles strip club on Monday afternoon before getting kicked off a plane en route to New York City due to an alleged drunken display in which he vomited, TMZ reported.

Odom stopped by 4Play Gentlemen's Club before heading to Los Angeles International Airport, where he allegedly drank at the Delta Skyclub and then hopped on an overnight First Class flight to NYC.

Once he boarded the plane, according to TMZ, Odom got up and down numerous times to vomit both in the galley and in the airplane's bathroom.

Passengers told the website flight attendants "gently" escorted Odom off the plane and then a cleaning crew came onboard to clean up the mess. The flight attendants reportedly put Odom's carry-on belongings in a plastic bag and also removed them from the plane.

Odom allegedly returned to his cabin 10 minutes later with vomit-stained sweatpants. After taking his seat, he allegedly got up again to use the bathroom, using the heads of people in their seats to steady his balance as he walked down the aisle.

One passenger reportedly told a flight attendant, "Don't you know his history? I don't want a dead body at 30,000 feet." Following the complaint, Odom was removed from the plane again and the flight took off, arriving to New York City 40 minutes behind schedule.

Representatives for the Delta airline declined comment and the Los Angeles Police Department has yet to receive a report of the incident, TMZ reported.

A source recently told People that Odom, 36, is a "sad mess," partially due to the fact Khloe Kardashian had filed for divorce from him for the second time in May.

Odom was first caught drinking in public on Easter weekend -- which disappointed Kardashian -- and then the following month, he was photographed gulping cocktails by himself in the middle of the afternoon at Beverly Center mall.

"When he was first drinking again, some said he was just getting back to normal -- clearly this was just a gateway back to his destructive behavior," the source told People, adding that Odom "is an addict and should never have been drinking again."

Despite Kardashian pushing to change him and available rehab sources, Odom allegedly wants nothing to do with sobriety. Odom also recently vacated the home he was renting near Kardashian, 32.
