Kylie Jenner has released a statement after the Better Business Bureau rated her cosmetics business, which includes her infamous $29 lip kits, an "F."

"I've sold millions of lip kits and any complaint we've received to date has been addressed in a timely manner," Jenner, 18, wrote on her website.

On BBB's scale from A+ to F, Kylie Cosmetics initially received an "F" rating thanks to 134 complaints filed in the last 12 months. The majority of complaints have to do with delivery issues as well as problems with product or service.

"I'm sick and tired of people coming for my business. I love everything about Kylie Cosmetics and I will do anything in my power to protect and improve it every day and make you guys happy," the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star continued.

"I don't want to respond to the haters but you guys deserve an answer and to know the facts. I love you and apologize to anyone who felt the urge to complain and didn't receive the service they deserve. You guys are the reason I keep going and I'm motivated every day to make Kylie Cosmetics the best it can be."

With the "F" rating came a lot of backlash from fans, so the Better Business Bureau recently changed Kylie Cosmetics' results to "No Rating." According to BBB's website, "This business is not currently rated because it has been in business less than one year and does not have a sufficient track record for BBB to rate it."

Jenner's company is therefore currently under review, especially regarding size and operations information. Once the research is complete, a new rating will be issued by the BBB.

"I'm continuing to learn and I just want to make everyone happy," Jenner concluded in her statement. "Because so many of you spoke out, I'm excited to tell you that the Better Business Bureau has looked at the facts and changed the rating."
