Kourtney Kardashian's son Mason reportedly may not be the biological child of her boyfriend Scott Disick.

Girgenti reportedly believes Mason was coincidentally born nine months after he had a March 2009 sexual encounter with Kardashian, who was allegedly on a break from Scott at the time.
"We started kissing, making out and touching each other. We were fooling around on the couch for a little while before I took her to the bedroom," Girgenti told In Touch, alleging that he then escorted Kardashian to the bedroom inside his Glendale, CA apartment.
"I slipped her clothes off. She helped me undress, and we fell into bed."
In December 2009, Mason was welcomed into the world and Kardashian had rekindled her relationship with Scott.
"After he was born and I saw photos of him," the 26-year-old LA-based model explained. "I began to wonder."
Girgenti is claiming he communicated with Kardashian over the phone until she began ignoring him right after they allegedly got intimate during their third hangout session together, In Touch reported.
However, Kardashian's lawyer is firmly denying the allegations -- although the Kourtney & Kim Take Miami and Keeping Up with the Kardashians star confirms she had once modeled with Girgenti.
"They did not exchange contact information. Since the August 20, 2008, on-set photo shoot, Kourtney never spoke with him, saw him nor met him again. Kourtney has never been alone with him, and Kourtney certainly has never physically/intimately been with Mr. Girgenti," explained the lawyer, adding that the thought of Girgenti being Mason's biological father is both "preposterous and an outrageous lie."
Girgenti is not backing down, however, as he's reportedly pushing for a DNA test in search of the truth.
"I would definitely want to acknowledge Mason if he's my kid," Girgenti told the magazine. "He deserves to know his real father."
Kardashian also has a little girl with Scott named Penelope Scotland Disick, who was born in July 2012.
