Kardashian is reportedly five weeks into her pregnancy.
While it doesn't seem like Kardashian and Disick, 33, have reconciled, the reality TV star allegedly doesn't want children with another man.
"Kourtney has always wanted four kids, but has been adamant about not wanting multiple baby daddies," an insider told In Touch, adding that her family has come around to the idea after initially being shocked by the baby news.
Disick has reportedly stepped up to the plate since he found out Kardashian is expecting again.
"He's been doting on her and the kids [Mason, 6, Penelope, 3, and Reign, 1] ever since they found out," said the insider. "This baby may even get them back together!"
Back in April, Kardashian discussed the possibility of getting romantically involved with Disick again.
"I don't know," Kardashian admitted on the Today show. "We're not getting back together right now, but I don't know what the future holds in life, in God's plan. But we're just doing our best to be the best parents."
And just a couple of weeks earlier, Disick told the Kyle and Jackie O Show he'd never rule out a reconciliation with his longtime love.
"She's my best friend. I love her to the day I die. We're just trying to make the best of it and life goes on. Things aren't easy, but things are going very well right now. I'm just happy that we're able to be on good terms," said Disick, who has done a good job of co-parenting with Kardashian ever since.
"I never thought a lot of things were going to happen in my life the way they did. So I don't really rule anything out," he said of getting back together. "I don't have plans in my mind of what's going to happen. So you know, if things are meant to be they will be."
The couple officially called it quits this exact same time last year after Disick was caught getting touchy-feely with ex-girlfriend Chloe Bartoli in Monte Carlo.
