Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick are reportedly a family again and the self-proclaimed "lord" is back to playing an active role in their children's lives.

"Scott has been integrating back into the family and things are going really well. They're a family unit again," a source told E! News. "When Kourtney talks about them, she says 'We.' It's no longer just her and the kids. It's all of them."
Disick recently left rehab and has "really picked up the slack on daddy duty," said the source.
"He's committed. He's helping with the kids and everyone, Kourtney included, sees how much he's trying. There is no question the family is back together."
While Disick is getting his act together for kids Mason, 5, Penelope, 3, and Reign, 11 months, that doesn't necessarily mean Kardashian is ready to take him back and embrace a relationship again.
"They've always loved each other and she let him back into the family," the source noted, adding however, there's a chance Disick could spiral out of control again.
With New Year's Eve quickly approaching, Kardashian is reportedly considering accompanying Disick to Las Vegas, where he has a gig lined up.
"It's open for discussion. There's a chance she'll go with him. Everyone -- Kourtney included -- would prefer he not do it. But it's something he has to do because he blew off so many appearances... Kourtney understands it's part of the business side of things," the source told E! News. "[Scott] will "be very, very closely watched when he's there."
A major factor that contributed to Disick's great turnaround is the Kardashian/Jenner family's support. They continue to stand by him and have faith in him despite his pattern of mistakes.
Kris Jenner shared a selfie with Disick on Instagram Tuesday, saying he's one of her "true loves" and she's "so blessed" to have him as the father of three of her grandchildren. Jenner also called him "amazing" in the heartfelt post.
The next episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians airs Sunday at 9PM ET/PT on E!.
