The 37-year-old Don't Be Tardy and former The Real Housewives of Atlanta star, who is currently competing on Season 21 of Dancing with the Stars with pro partner Tony Dovolani, is undergoing a procedure of some kind in the hospital following her Transient Ischemic Attack earlier this week.

Zolciak hoped to be released from the hospital yesterday, but she just revealed Friday she's still there.

"Going in for one more procedure, things are looking up! Don't let the oxygen scare you its just protocol," the reality TV star captioned a photo on Instagram.

"I want [to] THANK all of you for the love! I feel so overwhelmed with all the texts, comments etc. I'm so grateful to have all of you! #TheyDontCallMeToughieForNothing."

Dovolani has stayed by Zolciak's side since she first suffered the mini stroke after Dancing with the Stars' Tuesday night performance show. He also gave fans an update on her condition.

"After spending only a few weeks with Kim, it is evident of how much of a fighter she is," Dovolani said in a statement obtained by E! News. "Her humor and positivity are still shining through, and it's amazing to see the love and support of her family. We are hoping for a speedy recovery."

A TIA can last for a few minutes and occurs when blood flow to a part of the brain is briefly cut off. Zolciak described symptoms of feeling numb on one side of her body and losing the ability to speak.

It's unclear as to whether Zolciak will perform next week on DWTS' September 28 episode, however, her participation appears unlikely at this point.
