Kim Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian star in an amusing and lighthearted promo clip released by E! for Keeping Up with the Kardashians' upcoming Sunday night episode.

Kim apparently joined Caitlyn at her Vanity Fair photo shoot which the I Am Cait star used as her vehicle for coming out to the public as being transgender. The 22-page spread was released in the magazine's July issue.
"I was with Caitlyn at her Vanity Fair shoot, it was so good to just see how comfortable she is in her own skin," Kim said in the clip. "I'm so excited to see these pictures."
Kim then reveals to Khloe she caught a glimpse of Caitlyn's new body as she undressed to change outfits for the modeling session.
"So then I went into the closet and she went to change and she was like, 'You can stay in,' and took her off top and had no bra. Her boobs were like [Kourtney Kardashian]'s like when she first got hers done," Kim explained as Khloe's jaw dropped.
"Like, it made me want a boob job. Like, the best boobs."
A shocked Khloe then gathers her thoughts to ask Kim a question.
"Let's reverse for one second," Khloe noted. "She has full implants?"
"A full boob job. Like a C," Kim confirmed.
Keeping Up with the Kardashians airs Sunday nights at 8PM ET/PT on E!.
