The 34-year-old Keeping Up with the Kardashians star flaunted her flawless face while wearing a plain olive/beige colored long-sleeve sweater and her huge diamond engagement ring. Kardashian wore her hair flowing naturally down with a middle part.

"Vogue Spain Cover! We did this whole shoot without make up! Can't wait for you to see it! @VogueSpain Theo Wenner @Theo12345," Kardashian, who's currently pregnant with her second child, captioned the cover photo on her Instagram.

On the magazine's website, the photo featured the following caption: "Is the world ready for #KimNoFilter."

The only touch-ups made to Kardashian's face for the photo shoot was moisturizer for her skin and lip balm. The reality TV star's longtime makeup artist Mario Dedivanovic also curled her real eyelashes, according to E! News.

Kardashian, the wife of rapper Kanye West and mom to two-year-old North, dished about how proud she is of stepfather Caitlyn Jenner -- who won the Arthur Ashe Courage Award at the ESPYS on Wednesday night -- and what her second pregnancy has been like.

"The most difficult thing of this year was going to the Met Gala because I was a little less than two months pregnant and had nausea," Kardashian reportedly told the magazine.

"I tried to eat very healthy the week before -- chicken soup and salad. But my dress was transparent so I tried to suck in my stomach on the red carpet. My husband and I came up with a way that I could only take photos from the front while I was holding my breath and when I turned I would let out my breath and stay very close to Kanye to hide."

Kardashian also admitted she was scared of what it was going to be like to raise her children in the spotlight.

"With the first pregnancy I told Kanye that it wouldn't be easy to grow up being our daughter because of what our daughter would have to put up with. I prayed for it. Now I know that [North] will be able to handle it," she said, E! News reported.
