Kim Kardashian and boyfriend Kanye West apparently haven't settled on a baby name yet but are getting very close.

As for whether the couple will continue the Kardashians' tradition of 'K' names -- Kim, Khloe and Kourtney -- the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star suggested it's possible during a recent interview with Extra co-host Maria Menounos.

"I think it would be really cute because Kanye and I both are K's, so just for us and our family -- not even the Kardashian thing -- even if my mom never did that and it was just Kanye and I, I would still think it would be cute if him and I went with the 'K' name," Kardashian told Menounos.

"But half the names on our list aren't K's, so we still have time. I mean, Kanye being the father, he wants something that's unique."

Kardashian also weighed-in on the heavy criticism she's been receiving from tabloids and fans regarding her baby bump and new maternal body.

"There are maybe two or three covers this week that say I am 200 pounds. I'm like, 'You are like 60 pounds off here.' I haven't even gained half of the weight that they've said I gained," Kardashian explained, referencing recent magazine covers that highlight how she's allegedly gotten "fat," social media slams and stories claiming she looks like a whale and can't stop eating.

"It wouldn't even bother me if I did gain all that weight. It really wouldn't. This is the time when everyone's like, 'You should be pigging out, eat whatever you want.' And I have the biggest sweet tooth and love junk food -- being pregnant, I don't like any of it. All I eat are carrots and celery and ranch and like protein bars, gluten-free stuff, sugar-free stuff."

Kardashian admitted she'd actually like to experience crazy food cravings.

"I am waiting for the moments when someone's like, 'Go to McDonald's and Taco Bell' -- like that's not happening for me and I'm kind of sad about it," she said.

Not only has Kardashian been bashed for her weight-gain, but she also told Extra her pregnancy experience hasn't exactly been a dream from the start.

"I'm not going to lie and be like, 'Oh, it's been amazing and I've adjusted great.' At the beginning it was tough for me when your body changes so much. I don't think anyone will ever prepare you for really what all the changes are. But once you kind of grasp that and embrace it, it's amazing," the Kourtney & Kim Take Miami star explained.

Kardashian added that she has managed to properly balance her hectic work schedule with necessary relaxation for her unborn child.

"I kind of split up my days. I'll do half a day of work and then I'll do a half day of really just resting and taking care of myself, so I've learned how to really split my workload and that's really worked for me. But I haven't been tired at all," the reality TV star noted.

Kardashian and West announced they're expecting their first child together in early January following weeks of rumors regarding the pregnancy. The pair have been dating for just about one year.
