Khloe Kardashian has recommenced divorce proceedings against Lamar Odom after his hospitalization prompted her to cut the process short.

The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star, 31, reportedly filed divorce documents on Thursday citing irreconcilable differences, as she did the first time, according to People.

The move comes over six months since Odom was found unconscious in a Las Vegas brothel and subsequently hospitalized.

At the time, his and Kardashian's divorce, filed in December 2013, was pending.

Kardashian dismissed her divorce petition in order to remain at Odom's side as he recovered.

"I'm there helping him, and I love him and I've always loved him and that will never change, and I just feel like it's a really insensitive thing to fast-forward a divorce," she explained during an interview with Ellen DeGeneres in November.

TMZ reported the couple's divorce is still amicable and Odom was aware of Kardashian's actions this time around.

Legally, the "Strong Looks Better Naked" author will change her last name back to Kardashian, the outlet reported.
