The 32-year-old reality star and 25-year-old NBA player embarked on the tropical getaway after celebrating Valentine's Day in Cleveland, Ohio.

Kardashian and Thompson arrived in Kingston late last week and have since enjoyed a romantic candlelit dinner.

The couple had a zip-lining adventure at Magic Mountain on Saturday, and saw a horse on the beach the next day.

The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star is often in Cleveland to visit Thompson, who plays for the Cleveland Cavaliers.

She said on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" last week that she and her beau had low-key plans for Valentine's Day.

"He actually has a game on Valentine's Day so I will be with him after the game. I'll probably cook dinner and having food waiting for him when he comes home. Maybe look a little sexy," she told DeGeneres.

"I like big, hearty, fun meals," the star shared. "I love to cook. Every Sunday I try to do something that I've never done before. I've made homemade jam. I like to make things that I've never tried, just to see if I can do it."

Kardashian was first linked to Thompson in October following her split from Houston Rockets star James Harden. She couldn't help but gush about Thompson during the Feb. 14 episode of "The Talk."

"I'm in a really good space right now in my life," the star said. "I feel really happy and secure. I'm just in a really positive, healthy relationship."

"I actually love Cleveland. Everyone is so nice there," she added. "I love routine. It's a normal, routine life. I love to cook, so I get to cook dinner every day. It's, like, this home, family thing that I've been craving."

Kardashian finalized her divorce from Lamar Odom in December after initially splitting from the former NBA player in 2013.

Her mom, Kris Jenner, opened up about Kim Kardashian's robbery on Monday's episode of "Ellen."
