Kendall Jenner and Justin Bieber were getting pretty handsy lately, further fueling rumors there's something romantic happening between them.

One photo posted on Bieber's Instagram features him bending over to look at Esther while the dog was sitting in Jenner's lap. Bieber had one hand on Jenner's waist and was bending over so that his face was extremely close to hers. He wrote no caption for the picture.
What appears to be an intimate moment may be nothing more than a close friendship though, as the pair has insisted for months they're just close buddies.
However, maybe their relationship will change now that Bieber's ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez is officially dating Zedd and they're getting pretty serious.
