In the newly released preview clip for TLC's upcoming three-part Jill & Jessa: Counting On specials, Anna and her sister-in-laws Jill (Duggar) Dillard and Jessa (Duggar) Seewald tearfully express their feelings on Josh's shocking confessions he had cheated on the mother of his four kids and developed an addiction to porn.

"It was heartbreaking to hear what had happened," Anna, 27, said in tears before staring down at the floor.

"I cried a lot of tears," Jill, 24, admitted in the promo as she held onto a tissue.

"Somebody who you love, how could this happen?" Jessa, 23, was shown saying when she was still pregnant with Spurgeon, now two weeks old. "We're getting through."

"We will come out of this fire," added Jill.

Jill & Jessa: Counting On will premiere with a 90-minute episode that will air Sunday, December 13 at 8PM ET/PT on TLC. The two remaining parts will then air December 20 and 27 at 9PM ET/PT.

Josh is currently in a faith-based rehab center in Rockford, IL.

"I am so ashamed of the double life that I have been living and am grieved for the hurt, pain and disgrace my sin has caused my wife and family, and most of all Jesus and all those who profess faith in Him," Duggar said in an August statement shortly before seeking treatment.

The family's 19 Kids & Counting series was pulled off the air in the spring following reports Josh had molested five girls -- including Jessa and Jill -- when he was younger. After Josh confirmed such news, the network received backlash and was forced to cancel the hit show entirely in July.
