Deena Nicole Cortese is celebrating her 38th week of pregnancy.
Cortese is expecting a baby boy with her husband, Christopher Buckner.
The picture shows Cortese wearing the same blue dress she sported in photos at 14, 16, 20, 24 and 30 weeks pregnant.

Cortese announced her pregnancy in an Instagram post in July. She told fans she plans to name her son Christopher John."Now that we are safely into our second trimester.. us and our little monkey are ready to tell the world Our little family is growing! We have a sweet little boy on the way!" the star wrote.
"We Are truly blessed and our hearts are filled with so much joy and happiness," she said. "December can't come soon enough! Daddy and Mommy can't wait to meet you Christopher John."
"We're just anxiously waiting for him to arrive," she said. "I'm so excited, and now he's moving more. It's just amazing. We can't wait for him to be here."
Cortese came to fame on the MTV series "Jersey Shore" and returned to star in "Jersey Shore: Family Vacation" this year.
Her co-star Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi is also expecting a baby boy.
