Gavin Joshua Mannox was born January 6 and was 7 lbs., 6 oz. and 19.5-inches long.
"He is beautiful and perfect and we are, naturally, already in love with him," Yip told People.
The 41-year-old interior designer will soon be busy working on HGTV Design Star's fifth season -- which the network ordered last month. It will be the first installment of the reality competition series produced by reality TV uber-producer Mark Burnett.
