Helen Mirren will be the 2026 recipient of the Golden Globes Cecil B. DeMille Award, joining the likes of Audrey Hepburn, Elizabeth Taylor and Oprah Winfrey.

The actress, 80, will receive her accolade during a Golden Eve primetime special, which airs Jan. 8 at 8 p.m. EST on CBS and will also stream on Paramount+.

The award acknowledges the recipient's career and its impact.

"Helen Mirren is a force of nature and her career is nothing short of extraordinary," Golden Globes president Helen Hoehne said in a press release. "Her transcendent performances and commitment to her craft continue to inspire generations of artists and audiences alike. It is a profound honor to present her with the Cecil B. DeMille Award."

Mirren is known for such films as Gosford Park, The Queen and Hitchcock. She also recently starred on the Yellowstone prequel 1923, which streamed on Paramount+.

Viola Davis is the most recent recipient of the Cecil B. DeMille Award.

The Golden Globes will take place Jan. 11.
