The Wall Street Journal reports Klum purchased the home for $14.2 million in 2010 and spent six months renovating the property.

The 12,300 square feet house reportedly sits on 8.5 acres of land and features high windows, a media room, a workout/yoga room, ocean views, an infinity pool and a rose garden in addition to a putting green and driving range, and a children's playhouse and slide.

When the "Project Runway" host first visited the property she reportedly said she didn't feel like she was still in Los Angeles, "but instead was strolling the gardens of a home in the south of France."

Klum allegedly said she was selling the house because she's getting ready "to tackle a new house project."

The 41-year-old supermodel recently purchased a $9.875 million home in Bel-Air, which she is said to be renovating.
