Gabi was shown spiraling with insecurity earlier in The Bachelor season, but she has since gained confidence and momentum with Zach.

Zach could tell that Gabi was always up for fun and a good time, and she showed her true colors during the couple's first one-on-one date in London.

Gabi -- who was treated to a "royal experience" with Zach, complete with tea, crumpets, Corgis and a designer shopping spree -- was overjoyed to spend quality time with The Bachelor star.

Zach got to see Gabi's quirky and silly side, and he apparently got "butterflies" around the bachelorette.

In turn, Gabi said she could see Zach being in her life forever. Gabi could picture Zach giving her the "safety and comfort" she needs in a relationship, and she called The Bachelor star "a gem."

Gabi has been working to remain present and not focus on the thoughts within her mind. She worried she's "too much" for Zach, but the Bachelor assured her that she's a wonderful woman and he could sense something very special between them.

At the end of the group date in Budapest, Hungary, Zach gave out a rose to Gabi, which allowed her to relax during the important Rose Ceremony preceding hometown dates.

Until viewers can watch Gabi and Zach's romance continue on The Bachelor's 27th season, let's learn some information about this spunky bachelorette right now.

Below is a list of eight facts Reality TV World has compiled about Gabriella "Gabi" Elnicki.

Gabi is so ready for marriage, in fact, she already has her dream wedding venue picked out on Lake Como in Italy, so hopefully Zach would be game for a destination wedding.

It takes time for Gabi to open up and come out of her shell

Gabi won't be the loudest girl in a room or particularly outgoing right off the bat.

But once she feels comfortable with a man, Gabi will show that she's adventurous, loyal and driven. Gabi also enjoys traveling, as she recently spent time in Amsterdam, as well as a good tailgate.

The Bachelor bachelorette dreams of turning her passion for fitness into a job

Gabi hopes to own her own Pilates studio one day.

But for the time being, she is the Senior Account Executive at Calculated Hire in Houston, TX.

Gabi has held this position since June 2022, and before that, she was an account executive for the same company for two years.

Gabi began working for the company as a business recruiter in July 2019.

Gabi earned a college degree in marketing

Gabi graduated from University of Mississippi in 2019 with her Bachelor of Business Administration degree.

While at Ole Miss, she was a member of the Pi Beta Phi fraternity for women.

She also was a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars.

The Bachelor bachelorette knows what she wants in a man

Gabi's future husband will be honest, outdoorsy, and will always put her first.

Gabi didn't feel confident in her last relationship, which lasted for almost two years. She struggled to be herself and show her true colors.

Gabi therefore hoped Zach would be different. She even came up with their "couple" name on social media when the show premiered: "Gach" or "Zabi."

Gabi claims she's "spicier than your average buffalo wing"

Gabi may have compared herself to a buffalo wing, but she has a serious dietary restriction.

Gabi is allergic to shellfish, so you'll never catch her munching on lobster, shrimp or clams.

Gabi has revealed she struggles with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder

"I have ADHD... Emotions hit you really hard and fast when you have ADHD," Gabi shared on the February 7 episode of the "Bachelor Happy Hour" podcast.

Gabi said she's "totally comfortable talking about" her disorder and she's "very aware" it.

"But there's a lot of emotional regulation that you have to work on, and that's something I've been working on for years," Gabi noted.

"When you're in an environment that's so overstimulating, it can be really difficult to find that regulation of your emotions."

Gabi said that explains why she seemed "all over the place" with a "roller coaster of emotions" when she wasn't receiving enough quality time with Zach.

Gabi had appeared frazzled and stressed prior to her one-on-one date with Zach in London, but once they got to talk, she did an apparent "180" in her mindset and behavior.

"There's a lot of comparison you're doing, and there's a lot of sensitivity you're feeling. And on top of that, there's distractions of the environment just in itself," Gabi explained.

Gabi said she's "grateful" to have "the tools" that she needs to regulate her emotions in a tense atmosphere, adding, "[I have] the therapy and the psychiatrists to teach me those tools... but it was a lot in the beginning."

Gabi went through "a pretty bad breakup" before going on The Bachelor

"Before I went on the show, I had actually gone through a pretty bad breakup. I dated this guy for a few years, and it just wasn't the most healthy relationship," Gabi said on the "Bachelor Happy Hour" podcast.

"And so the breakup was really hard on me. I felt like I had invested a lot of my time and effort and energy into it. And coming out of it, I was heartbroken. My friends saw me like that, and they were like, 'Gabby, you have so much to give.'"

Gabi said she had invested a lot of time into therapy, bettering herself, and healing.

"I knew what I wanted, and I was able to really discover that through therapy, of what worthwhile loved looked like to me," Gabi noted.

Gabi said she was "definitely nervous" to compete for Zach given her heart had recently been broken, but she shared, "You can't just stop trying in life. So I put myself out there."
