Former Vanderpump Rules and The Valley star Jax Taylor has slammed ex Brittany Cartwright's recent allegations and fired back.

During the Wednesday, August 5 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Brittany, 37, alleged that her estranged husband prioritized spending time with a woman over parenting time with their son Cruz, Us Weekly reported.

But not just any woman.

Brittany claimed Jax missed scheduled time with their five-year-old son because he was in Canada with their former publicist, Lori Krebs, whom Jax is currently dating and told Page Six he's "in love" with.

"The amount of blatant lies in this interview is unbelievable," Jax, 47, commented on a WWHL Instagram post promoting Brittany's interview.

"I have NEVER missed my scheduled parenting time with Cruz. It's public record that I have him every Wednesday and on weekends, and I was back in L.A. (on Tuesday, August 4)."

Jax proceeded to put Brittany on blast.

"You refused to let me have my scheduled time with him because you're angry over personal matters, and that's why we have an emergency court hearing tomorrow since you continue to weaponize my son against me," Jax claimed.

"The truth will come out about everything when I finally have the opportunity to speak... and I have the receipts to back up everything I'm saying."

Jax and Lori dating speculation sparked in mid-July when photos surfaced of the pair looking cozy in a pool in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

About two weeks later, Jax subtly revealed he was "taken" on Instagram.

Brittany -- who filed for divorce from Jax in August 2024 -- said she found out about Jax and Lori's relationship only hours before the public found out in July.

"[Lori] sent me a text message, morning of -- two hours before the TMZ photos [of Jax and Lori in Mexico] came out and let me know that things had changed and that she knows I will feel betrayed," Brittany recalled to People on Wednesday, August 5.

"[Lori said] she loves me and Cruz and she's never told Jax anything. Come on."

Brittany admitted she was "shaking" she was so mad about the romance.

"I mean, this person was not only my publicist, she was like a sister to me for 10 years. It's just complete, complete betrayal," Brittany said.

Brittany explained how Lori had been right by her side through her divorce from Jax.

"[She] would come to my house and let me cry on her shoulders after I had been physically, emotionally and financially abused by this man," Brittany alleged.

"She knows every in and out of everything in my life and still chose to sleep with the enemy, basically."

A source told Us that "Lori understands why Brittany feels betrayed."

But the source explained, "The narrative that they were still 'like family' when this all happened isn't accurate. Brittany and Lori haven't been close in a very long time. Their relationship had changed significantly."

The source claimed that Brittany and Lori's relationship was strictly professional as of recently, and that they only saw each other a couple of times in the past year.

"Lori's role had been reduced primarily to coordinating media interviews," the source said.

"She had already been trying to transition away from representing Brittany because she increasingly felt caught in the middle of an extremely difficult situation."

The source added how Lori "supported both" parties through Jax's long-term cocaine addiction and recovery.

"As Jax made progress and focused on rebuilding his life, the professional and personal dynamics shifted," the source added.

"None of that changes the fact that Lori understands Brittany's hurt, but the picture being painted of their relationship at the time isn't an accurate one."

While Brittany -- who was married to Jax for five years before their 2024 split -- is clearly hurt, Jax told Page Six that he's in "the happiest place" he's ever been in his life.

"I love [Lori] to death," Jax gushed. "You can't help who you fall in love with. Everybody deserves to find happiness."

When The Valley premiered its second season in April 2025 on Bravo, viewers watched Jax essentially fall apart and lash out at Brittany, which resulted in the former Vanderpump Rules star entering a 30-day mental health treatment facility.

Jax announced his exit from The Valley after two seasons in July.
