Abraham told the celebrity news website she plans to start 10 days of intensive counseling Monday at The Lukens Institute in Palm Beach Gardens.

"At this time in my life, I need to stay focused on the positive to get through all of the negative that a DUI has caused in my life," Abraham said. "I'm 22 and I want to make better choices and ensure I can recognize when I am putting myself in a bad situation next time."

RadarOnline.com said Abraham's little girl will remain at home and under the care of Abraham's father, Mike, while Abraham receives treatment.

The single mother of a 4-year-old daughter was arrested for drunken driving in March and appeared in the porn film "Backdoor Teen Mom" in May.
