Jon & Kate Plus 8 star Jon Gosselin previous claims that he's been faithful to new girlfriend Hailey Glassman allegedly aren't accurate anymore.

Stephanie Santoro, a 23-year-old single mom who previously worked as a waitress at Legends, a local bar Jon visits regularly, is alleging she had an affair with the Jon & Kate Plus 8 star during the month she served as a part-time nanny for his eight kids, In Touch Weekly reported in its newest issue, according to the Kansas City Star.

"I don't think he has ever been apart from Hailey, but he has cheated on Hailey," Santoro told In Touch.

"I know they've broken up before. I didn't know their current status. We talked about it, and he had told me that things were very weird and strange and he would explain it to me, but he didn't want to hurt me in the process."

Gosselin stated last month that he's "always been true" to Glassman, a 22-year-old former Gosselin family friend that he was publicly spotted with repeatedly before eventually acknowledging they were a romantic relationship.

Santoro claims she and Gosselin slept together "nine times" but added it started innocently enough.

"We were talking on the phone one night, and the kids were all at home, and he was like, 'What are you doing tonight?' and I didn't have plans. So he goes, 'Let's hang out. We can go hang out in the hot tub and talk more about everything.' So I went over, and we were talking," Santoro told In Touch.

"He asked me if I could give a back massage, and I was like, 'Okay, whatever.' So I gave him one and then he was like, 'My turn.' While we were sitting there, he said, 'Well, I guess we can kiss just once.' At one point he said, 'Whatever you do, don't fall in love with me, because it's going to be impossible for me not to fall in love with you.'"

In addition, Santoro rated her sex life with the TLC reality star.

"On the romantic end, it was a nine," she told In Touch.  "I wasn't looking for the pleasure part of it. If you care about someone, it's not about how good they are in bed. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best I ever had."

Santoro said she met Gosselin and his estranged wife Kate "a few years back at a twins convention."

"Jon and I became friends when I was working at [Pennsylvania bar] Legends, and he came in sometimes," she told In Touch.  "After they filed for divorce, he started hanging out there a lot, and we started talking more."

Santoro added her relationship with Gosselin wasn't all physical, as she described them as being "very close."

"We would lie in bed and talk about the future," she told In Touch.  "He would say how he wanted to make sure my daughter and I would always be okay, and how he would take care of me. There was no talk about marriage, but we did talk about being together."

Santoro was at the center of an argument between Gosselin and Kate last month when he had custody of their eight children and decided to use Santoro as a babysitter.

Police were subsequently called to the couple's Wernersville, PA home to break up a verbal argument that resulted from Jon refusing to allow Kate access to the property after she called and learned Santoro was babysitting.

"It was a miscommunication.  Kate said she was coming home and I said 'Well it's my time to spend time with the kids,'" Jon told a paparazzi cameraman the next day.  "She tried to come home yesterday and I wouldn't let her in the gate and then I guess she called the police."

"I have no idea [what Kate's issue was.]  I guess [it was] because she didn't have approval   I didn't approve hers, so -- but I didn't come home when she had custody and make a big stink," he added.  "I came home for filming and I didn't have babysitting for one day so I called my babysitter Steph and she came over and watched for filming.  She's always available -- like some of our babysitters live far away."

However Kate had a different view of the incident.

"I should not be sitting a mile from my house while my kids are with some girl, who, by the way, brings her own child with her," she told People last month.  "I'm sorry, your child and eight of mine?  No way."
