"Welcome To Life My Son, U Make Us Proud," Bice wrote on his Twitter account, where he announced the birth.
Ean Jacob joins his oldest brother Aidan, who was born in September 2005, and his other brother Caleb James, who was born in August 2008.
Bice announced last September that his wife was expecting their third child.
The 34-year-old Bice and Fisher wed in his home state of Alabama less than a month after he finished second to Carrie Underwood during American Idol's 2005 fourth season.
