The 24-year-old "Teen Mom" star sought reconstructive surgery after her second boob job left her with painful scar tissue. Abraham had her first breast augmentation in 2011, going from an A to a C cup.

"I'm thankful to have the best reconstructive breast surgeon in the Beverly Hills area fix the burning and pain issues that were horrible," she told the Daily Mail. "I'm happy I could share my story to help other women who may have these side effects and now know it is fixable."

Abraham thanked fans for their support Monday on Facebook, writing, "Thanks for all the love while I heal #3rdTimesACharm Thanks to @drstuartlinder."

The reality star will appear Tuesday on "Botched: Post Op," an E! special based on the show "Botched."

"We go inside 'Botched' to see all the things you don't see in that limited, one-hour period that we have to explore the patients' lives and explore our interaction," star Terry Dubrow told E!.

"We take all the layers off, take the dressings off and really go see what Botched is all about behind-the-scenes."

Abraham has undergone several other plastic surgeries, including cheek and lip fillers, a chin implant and a nose job.
