Deena Cortese is getting more wild just as her best friend and fellow Jersey Shore cast member Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi is settling down.

The Jersey Shore star was reportedly taken away in handcuffs after Seaside Heights Police Department officers spotted her looking intoxicated and gesturing strangely at passing vehicles.
"Nothing major, but we can't put up with it," police chief Tommy Boyd reportedly told NBC 4 New York.
Cortese's parents picked her up when she was released from jail several hours after the incident occurred and the 25-year-old reality TV star was served with a summons, according to Us.
Cortese is apparently following in the footsteps of Polizzi -- who is currently six months pregnant with fiance Jionni LaValle's baby boy and living in a place of her own separate from her partying castmates while Jersey Shore is filming its sixth season. Polizzi was arrested for similar drunk and disorderly behavior in July 2010.
