Mark Ballas isn't exactly confirming a recent report that Kate Gosselin has been a "total diva" on the Dancing with the Stars' set, however the two-time professional champ isn't giving her any compliments either.

"I'm not the type of person to judge. And I'm not going to be like 'I don't like [Kate]," Ballas told Us Weekly in a Thursday report.

"But, I mean, she's pretty, you know, standoffish, which is kind of weird."

The former Jon & Kate Plus 8 star was accused of being a "total diva" in a recent New York Post report in which a source claimed she "wants to be queen bee" and "doesn't want anything to do with other contestants."

Gosselin subsequently denied the claim and called it "untrue, unfounded, ridiculous."

But Ballas -- who is paired with former Beverly Hills 90210 actress Shannen Doherty for the show's upcoming tenth season -- didn't give his first encounter with Gosselin a glowing review.

"I don't really know her, but when I met her she wasn't kind of like, 'hello' or anything. I say 'hey,' and she was like 'oh hey.' I was like, 'Okay!'" he told Us.

"She has a great partner, Tony [Dovolani] who is a dear friend of mine, so I'm sure he will whip her into shape. Whatever you can get out of that!"

Dancing with the Stars' tenth season premieres Monday night.
