Dancing with the Stars eliminated Jen Affleck and pro partner Jan Ravnik although Elaine Hendrix couldn't compete due to injury during the Season 34 "Halloween Night" episode that aired Tuesday night on ABC.

The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star and Jan were eliminated based on the combination of Dancing with the Stars judges' scores and home viewer votes -- more than 55 million, according to host Alfonso Ribeiro -- that were cast during the live two--hour performance show.

"This experience has meant everything to me. I cannot wait to talk about this in the future with my kids," Jen said in her final words.

"I did this for my kids and I'm so grateful for the experience. Thank you to everyone rooting for me at home. I can't tell you how much it meant to me. Thank you."

And Jan called Jen "a rock star" but had nothing to say other than that.

Prior to the elimination portion of the evening, each celebrity and professional pairing danced in two rounds of competition for Dancing with the Stars judges Derek Hough, Carrie Ann Inaba, Bruno Tonioli and guest judge, former DWTS pro Cheryl Burke.

Each couple performed a spooky Halloween dance and then participated in a "Monsterthon."

For the "Monsterthon," the celebrities and their pro partners all danced onstage at the same time.

The first couple tapped out would receive one bonus point added onto their score from the first round, and the last couple standing -- after a total of four minutes of dancing -- would receive five points added onto their score.

Film and TV actress Elaine Hendrix and pro partner Alan Bersten were unable to perform on Tuesday night because Elaine was in the hospital after suffering an injury during a rehearsal earlier that day.

Elaine and Alan therefore received zero bonus points since they couldn't compete. Comedian Andy Richter and pro partner Emma Slater were eliminated first and received one bonus point.

Jen and Boy Meets World star Danielle Fishel and their pro partners, Jan and Pasha Pashkov, respectively, received two points.

The Traitors Season 3 winner Dylan Efron and pro partner Daniella Karagach received three points, as did wildlife conservationist Robert Irwin and pro partner Witney Carson.

Olympic gold medalist Jordan Chiles and pro partner Ezra received four points, and then social-media sensation Alix Earle and pro partner Val Chmerkovskiy were tapped out at four points.

The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star Whitney Leavitt and pro Mark Ballas won the relay and earned five bonus points.

Diving into the night's scoring leaderboard, Alix and Val finished in first place with a total of 43 out of 45 possible points from the Dancing with the Stars judges.

Alix and Val performed a tango to "Bury a Friend" by Billie Eilish for the first round and received 39 out of 40 possible judges' points. (Cheryl only awarded the couple a 9 since they broke hold in the tango).

Derek praised "vintage Val" for coming through and giving Alix some tough love because their hard work clearly paid off.

Carrie Ann bowed down to the couple, Cheryl said Alix brought the passion and fire, and Bruno shouted, "Drop dead good!"

Whitney and Mark placed second on the leaderboard with a total of 42 judges' points.

For their Halloween dance, Whitney and Mark danced a zombie--themed jazz routine to "Brain Stew" by Green Day that earned 37 points from the judges.

Cheryl told Whitney to watch her timing on the side-by-side parts, but Bruno called the routine "mind blowing" and Derek thought it was "brilliant."

Carrie Ann added that Whitney should enjoy the process more and allow herself to make mistakes.

At 41 points on the leaderboard, Robert and Witney finished in third place after taking the stage with a 38-point worthy Argentine tango to "Sweet Dreams are Made of This" by The Hampton String Quartet.

Bruno quipped, "You literally killed it. It was deadly hot!"

Carrie Ann said she believed Robert as the leading man throughout the whole dance, and Derek praised Robert for supporting Witney in all the lifts and tricks.

Fourth place on the leaderboard represented a tie between Dylan and Daniella and Jordan and Ezra at 38 total points.

Dylan and Daniella performed a vampire--inspired Viennese waltz to Tommee Profitt and Brooke's "Can't Help Falling In Love" that received 35 judges' points.

Cheryl called them "the most improved couple" of the season.

Derek said Dylan, who had broken his nose in a rehearsal, is "smooth as velvet" and he was mesmerized by his partnership with Daniella.

Bruno thought the dance was hot, and Carrie Ann said it seemed like Dylan understood the intention behind every move.

Jordan and Ezra took the stage with a contemporary routine to "Elastic Heart" by Sia in which they were dressed like mummies. They earned 34 judges' points for the dance.

Carrie Ann said she liked their experimentation but sometimes the rope prop distracted from the dance and she seemed to struggle with it.

Derek said the idea and the execution wasn't fully realized for him, but Cheryl complimented the pair's partnership.

Danielle and Pasha placed sixth on the leaderboard with a total of 35 points after they danced a Viennese waltz featuring a murder mystery to "Die With A Smile" by Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars that received 33 points from the judges.

Cheryl said it was a proper and smooth Viennese waltz but she'd like to see more exaggerated emotion from Danielle. Bruno, however, said he felt the emotion deeply.

Carrie Ann told Danielle that sometimes her movements looked small and she could let the power out, and Derek agreed she lacked a bit of fluidity.

Jen and Jan finished in seventh place on the judges' leaderboard with a total of 34 points.

Jen and Jan danced a contemporary routine to "Look What You Made Me Do" by Taylor Swift for the first round of competition that received 32 points from the judges.

Carrie Ann said Jen's performance was "off the charts" but there's still a bit of inconsistency.

"Be aware of your full body... You need to just go. Your arms sometimes go limp when you dance," Carrie Ann explained to Jen, who appeared a little deflated and upset.

Derek applauded Jan on a "fantastic" first season, and Cheryl said this was Jen's best dance this season.

Eighth place on the leaderboard went to Elaine and Alan.

Since Elaine was in the hospital, the DWTS judges had to score the pair's rehearsal footage of their Argentine tango to "Bad to the Bone" by 2WEI and Bri Bryant. The judges scored the dance 32 points.

Derek wished Elaine a "speedy recovery" and knew she would've stepped it up 10 gears for the live performance show. Derek admitted it was unfortunate they had to score the rehearsal video.

Carrie Ann called Elaine "a warrior," and Cheryl said she thought the pair had been "underrated a little bit" by the judges.

In pre--taped rehearsal footage, Elaine looked like she was in pain and Alan explained, "All of a sudden, Elaine kind of froze and she said she couldn't move and she couldn't breathe and something happened with her rib."

Elaine added in tears, "I feel like my muscle is twisted underneath my ribs."

Elaine was taken off the stage in a stretcher, and Alan hoped it wasn't going to be the end of Elaine's dancing dream.

Elaine was eventually cleared to stay in the Dancing with the Stars competition as long as she survived elimination on Tuesday night.

And finally, Andy and Emma placed ninth on the judges' leaderboard with a total of 29 points.

In addition to their one bonus point, Andy and Emma received 28 points for their paso doble to a Beethoven symphony in which Andy dressed up as a priest.

Carrie Ann said Andy has "some mystery magic happening" and he continues to get better every week.

"You are the heart of this show... You marched through it and also showcased some technique," Cheryl said.
