Dancing with the Stars' eleventh-season finalists have been determined, with Bristol Palin's voter base claiming another victim.

Dancing with the Stars eliminated singer Brandy Norwood and professional partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy during Tuesday night's live results show on ABC -- marking the third-straight week, and fourth time in the competition's last five weeks, that the teen mom survived elimination despite finishing in last place in the judges' performance show scoring.

"I don't know how to feel right now, I haven't -- it hasn't processed yet for me," a shocked Norwood said after she and Chmerkovskiy were ousted based on the combination of the Dancing with the Stars judges' scores they received during Monday night's performance show and the home viewer votes which were cast afterwards.

Palin and partner Mark Ballas were the other couple still in danger of elimination prior to Norwood and Chmerkovskiy's ouster, but Dancing with the Stars host Tom Bergeron had noted they were not necessarily the other couple in the bottom two based on the combination of the judges' scoring and home viewer votes.

However Bergeron's announcement of Norwood's elimination and Palin's advancement still appeared to come as a shock to nearly everyone in the Dancing with the Stars ballroom -- including Palin, her fellow competitors, the judges and the show's studio audience, which booed loudly.

"I am shocked because last night [Brandy] delivered a fantastic performance.  We've just seen it, amazing!" judge Bruno Tonioli said.

"But I have to stress it is very, very important for everybody to vote.  It's so close, every vote counts -- you got to get out there and get on the phone.  And I'm so disappointed, your freestyle, I was looking [forward] so much to [seeing] it!  So please, on Tuesday when you come back [for the finale], do it for me, will you?"

Norwood and Chmerkovskiy had finished in third place on Monday night's judging leaderboard after they received 57 out of 60 possible points from Tonioli and fellow Dancing with the Stars judges Len Goodman and Carrie Ann Inaba during Monday's show which featured the competition's four remaining couples each performing a Latin dance and a second ballroom routine.

The couple -- who had been widely considered, along with actress Jennifer Grey and partner Derek Hough, one of the two favorites to win Dancing with the Stars' eleventh-season trophy -- had received 27 points for their paso doble and a perfect score of 30 points for their Argentine tango.

Grey and Hough had finished in first place on the judges' leaderboard after they received 30 out of 30 possible points for their Latin cha cha and another perfect score of 30 for their ballroom waltz -- giving them the season's first perfect 60 score.

Disney Channel star Kyle Massey and Lacey Schwimmer had finished in second place on the judges' leaderboard with 58 points after they received 29 points for their samba during the Latin round and an additional 29 points for their Argentine tango routine during the ballroom round.

Palin and Ballas had finished in fourth place with 53 points after their paso doble performance earned 27 points from the judges -- their highest score of the season -- and they received 26 additional points for their waltz.
